The staff are liars and do not honor the prices they print. We even called the dealer before driving 25 miles to buy the truck. We asked if they would still honor the expired news paper article and the print. We even called the dealer before driving 25 miles to buy the truck. We then had another person call and they got the same information. When we got to the dealer they said it was a misprint and that was for a different truck. DUH!!! We knew that, that is why we asked if you would honor the price on the truck YOU advertised. In the end they tried getting us into a truck that we did not go there for. I even expressed to the dealer that I did not want to waste mine or theirs time. They still lied even though they knew it was not correct. In the end we ended up buying from another dealer for much better price and service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More
Morally bankrupt is the only way to describe this dealership. In April I purchased a new 2013 f-150 from them. I have an email string with my salesman accepting my detailed offer and asking when I would like to pick it up. In my offer i listed what I was willing to pay plus tax, title and license. No other fees. Of course, when I arrived, the deal had changed. I pointed out that we had a deal. (It was very similar to the scene in the movie Fargo). They did not care. There was no way they could possibly waive the documentation fee. This is pure crap. The second I threatened to give them "1" on the Ford survey they could not negotiate fast enough. I turned down the refund of my doc fee and in the end gave them the "10" that they begged for because I did not want to see my salesman punished. That changed today. I was told during the sales process that the F-150 with Ecoboost received free oil changes and tire rotations every 7500 miles from Ford. I was assured that I could have the service performed at any Ford dealer. I called to schedule my first oil change today. You guessed it, they have never heard of this program from Ford. Lessons learned 1. If a gordie Boucher salesman is talking, he is lying. His manager is ten times worse. 2. Use the survey as a negotiation point. If they want a 10, make them earn it. More
My sales rep (Terry Illion) was so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, it was a "no brainer" to choose Gordie Boucher! My questions were answered by showing me how things worked! It's the second time in eight years that I've bought a new car at Gordie Boucher after really shopping around. It IS an "award-winning dealership" and I highly recommend them. Drove THREE hours for a scheduled appt to see a car, several phone calls and emails with Julie & Terry to confirm. We arrive and are told that they sold it ten minutes before we got there. They knew we were coming from a long way and couldn't have cared less. They'd be happy to help us find another car. Yeah, I'm sure they would. Told them no thanks, won't be giving them our business. Then to top it all off we get an email later that day from Terry about what a pleasure it was to meet us and thanking us for the opportunity to help us find the right car. He enclosed a brochure with all the details of our new car. Um, buddy, you might want to send this to the guy you actually sold the car to not the people you screwed! Says a lot about the integrity of the business and the salesman, rather than wait for us they jumped on the sale, didn't even call us, and had little to no reaction when we showed up. A good saleman would have had a list ready of different cars for us to look at but Terry acted like he was doing us a favor by offering to find another car. Stay away from Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls!! More
My wife was shopping in Menomonee Falls when our 2005 Ford Escape broke down. She managed to get it to Gordie Boucher Ford before it completely died. This was on a Saturday and she was 2 ½ hours from home. These people had no obligation to do so but they gave her a loaner car to use at no charge. We had been planing to trade our Ford Escape this summer. When we found out what the repair costs where I decided this was the time to trade. They treated us very fairly and we bought a 2013 Ford Edge Limited AWD from them. We where very pleased with the friendly service and just love this new car. Given this experience I would definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next car even though they are located 2 ½ away from me. More

Nor would I normally give complete highest scores possible, but Walter Zawadzki in sales and Kris Alter in finance worked so hard for me. Actually, everybody I had contact with there was courteuos and helpful. I have never been treated this way at any car dealership in the past. The last few years have been rough for me financially. Thinking I would not be in the financial position to purchase a vehicle, I was there to see if I could lease a vehicle. Walter and Kris worked the numbers to the point I was able to purchase a new vehicle. There was absolutley no tension in the process. They made it happen for me, so I highly recommend seeing them. I recently had my truck in for service to boucher ford in Menomonee falls wisconsin. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery was bad along with several lights burnt out. I didnt understand how Menomonee falls wisconsin. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery was bad along with several lights burnt out. I didnt understand how this could be since it was a new alternator and a brand new battery (less than 4 weeks old) I reluctantly agreed to a new alternator and battery and declined on the rest. When I picked my truck up I requested I get my bad battery back. I then took the so-called bad battery back to where I bought it from and they tested it and found nothing wrong with it. I then went home and checked my truck for burnt out lights and found all light are working. If this is how ford and it dealers do business by lying to loyal ford owners then I will not be buying another ford ever and I will discourge all family and frends to do the same. When i contacted the dealer they pretty much told me to get a lawyer. (Just bad business in my book) This dealer will out right lie to you and tell you parts are bad when they are not! Buyer beware! More
