There was no communication of pricing before I had my 30,000 mile service done which I thought was just going to be an oil change with a few things. They didn’t give me an estimate and after they were finished with the service I got a phone call to pay almost a thousand dollars. Another thing they can’t seem to communicate properly is the pick up and drop off service. Every single time so far they cannot get my location right or end up calling me not knowing where to go. They really took out the convenience part of the “free” service. I had to stay after work on at least 3 occasions waiting for my vehicle to get returned to me. More

Initially contacted Quentin through email to workout the details for test driving. Quentin was very accommodating to us and our needs. He came up with a great solution when I needed to work out an extende details for test driving. Quentin was very accommodating to us and our needs.
