The service lane was clean and the personal were friendly and spent time with me explaining that Brad checked and saw I had a little over $200.00 in a rewards account with Ford! So I didn’t spend any additional money. So the treatment in the sales process was the same no rush or pressure or games payed trying to squeeze more money. Alfredo explained there was more Bronco’s at the new dealer location if I wanted to check out others. I was happy with the Bronco we test drove. Then the price presented was more than fair. Next was the F&I where I met Joe and the same thing asked if interested in extended warranty and I said not at this time and that was it. So signed the paperwork made sure I understood everything and that was it’s! Impressed I wasn’t stressed out buying vehicle it was actually fun! Next time for a vehicle my first stop Boucher Ford! Spent $900 to repair my ford focus and still had the same problem. Brought it back in and they said I needed a new wire harness and would cost another $300. She said she would order it and call me. When they did their initial inspection of my car they should’ve found the bad harness but spent most of it finding other issues they wanted to fix. I ended up ordering a $50 harness and fixing it myself. I think your service department is lacking and will never recommend or use your service again. More
