We made an appointment for the works, oil, change, tire rotation, and to check an intermittent check engine light. Also, a brake light that was on. was charged $250 for an PCM update, I think tire rotation, and to check an intermittent check engine light. I was also given an estimate of $550 to repair it, which I passed on. The engine oil reset light was not reset, The washer fluid was not refilled. As far as the tire rotation I don’t know if it was done or not, considering the washer fluid wasn’t refilled and the oil light wasn’t reset. do believe that $375. to hook to your scanner to update and diagnose the problem was a little steep. Not too mention that the Service Department is also Top Notch and also very very HONEST! How many people can say that about places when it comes time to have to service or fix car? Took over a month for a simple repair. Service writer would change her story at least three times during any conversation. Poor customer service, and insufficient updates for the customer.
