I purchased a previous vehicle from them & had used their Service Dept previously. Then, I had oil changed at 2 different places, which charged more & did not provide free beverages or fruit, free WIFI, complimentary car wash or TV to watch. I have recommended Gordie Boucher to others. Our daughter had her oil changed by a different provider for 3 years, but now has also become a customer of Gordie Boucher's Service Department because of their service above & beyond others. More

Was happy with service. But there was a mixup up on my tire. They didn’t get my tire changed when I was there. They thought the new tire they were going to put on had a factory defect. But in fact they were look They didn’t get my tire changed when I was there. They thought the new tire they were going to put on had a factory defect. But in fact they were looking at the wrong tire ( it was the one I had damaged hitting a pothole ) so they said they had to order a new one. So I left my car there on a Saturday and didn’t get it back till Monday. When I called on Monday they said it was a mix up and my car actually was done on Saturday after I left. They said they called my phone but I had no record on my end of receiving this call. So I was without my car from Saturday morning till about noon on Monday. More
