Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of Janesville - Service Center

I have a Ford, a Toyota, a Jeep, and a VW. I wish the others would provide service as excellent, fair, and polite as Boucher. I am always happy when leaving Boucher, and feel like they listened, fixed t others would provide service as excellent, fair, and polite as Boucher. It would be nice if they served hot breakfast in the morning in the waiting room...but they did wash my car....twice in one week! More

Not at this time. I had a nail in my tire. Which was covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were s covered, so I had to purchase 3 new tires. That was ok. Had to have a alinement, that was ok. But they said I needed new lug nuts because they were stripped. This was not ok as all my work has ever been at your dealership. So who’s fault is it for my lug nuts being stepped??? This doesn’t seem right to me. Can you do anything about this ? Thank you More

I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership about ten minutes before appt time. They called when it was done, I paid at the cashier window and was done. They also washed my vehicle for me.
