I think the service appointment went very well. I called for an appointment for service on a Monday got a spot on Tuesday when I wanted. I got to the dealership my truck was taken in right away they I called for an appointment for service on a Monday got a spot on Tuesday when I wanted. I got to the dealership my truck was taken in right away they said about an 1 hour and that is what it was. My truck was washed and serviced like I was told and I was on my way. Contacted Gordie's service department about possibilities and after some consultation, they had me come into the center first thing in the morning with no official appointment. Not only did they take me in on short notice, but assessed the issue immediately and did an oil change within a timely period. They also had outstanding customer service with their shuttle which helped me out in a pinch! Would recommend this group to anyone! Thank you More
