Sean and his team of Service Advisors (Ben, Randy, Alicia, et. al.) have always accommodated our busy schedule and the service work has always been fair and honest. Helpful and quick.. Tiffany was very helpful. She brought up several models that we were interested in to the showroom area so we didn't have to walk through the lot. Sh Tiffany was very helpful. She brought up several models that we were interested in to the showroom area so we didn't have to walk through the lot. She had a good knowledge of the Mazda products we were asking about. The purchase process moved along fairly quick with only a few back and forth's over trade in value and add on's. The only disappointment was part of the finance paperwork involving aftermarket warranty coverages. The finance person was overall very good and found us a good loan rate. But, when he tried to sell us the extended warranty and other aftermarket services he glossed over them very quickly, like they were just part of the process. He did mention cost , almost as an afterthought and only explained further when I started asking details. The cost was equal to an upgrade to the Grand touring model instead of the Touring model we purchased. After the purchase I was looking at the Mazda accessories and noticed Mazda has their own extended warranty. It was never mentioned. Overall I would recommend this dealer. They were pleasant to work with and genuinely helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions concerning models and accessories. We purchased a Mazda CX-5 Touring. The survey didn't list Mazda as an option. More
