I had a 9 AM appointment and dropped my car off at 7 AM using the key drop, filling out the required form as instructed. I assumed this meant my car would be worked on at the scheduled time. Instead, I received a call to “confirm” my appointment before they would even begin. By the time I was able to return that call, it was 10 AM, and I was under the impression that the work should have already been underway. When I called back, I was asked if I needed the car back by a certain time since they were open until 4 PM. I explained that I expected it to have already been started and that I wanted it back as soon as possible. At 11:03 AM, I received another call saying my car was ready, but it needed a light replaced in order to pass inspection. I agreed to have the light replaced and the sticker done, and was told this would push pickup from 12 PM to 1 PM. That was fine with me as long as everything was taken care of. At 1 PM, I went to the dealership and sat in the lot waiting for the call to pick up my car. At 1:26 PM, I was finally contacted—only to be told they couldn’t do the light or the sticker after all because the part wasn’t in stock, and that my car would “be done soon.” At this point, I was frustrated as the delay no longer made sense, given that the service I was told I was waiting on wasn’t even going to be completed. My car wasn’t brought out of the garage until 2 PM. To add to the frustration, when I asked about warranty details (specifically whether I had to continue using Goodwins for oil changes), the service rep brushed off my question instead of actually looking up what warranty I have. While the staff themselves are polite, the overall service and communication are consistently poor. I’ve had issues with Goodwins since the day I bought my car, and this visit reinforced the lack of organization and clear communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership’s service department. More

Dropped off my car on New Years weekend without an appointment. Jon called me the first business day after the weekend and scheduled diagnostics and then scheduled the repair after calling me again appointment.
