Picked up my brand new Integra, and there were bubbles in the tint on all windows. There was also a shield underneath the car that was missing. Tech came and picked up my car for service and dropped off a lo the tint on all windows. There was also a shield underneath the car that was missing. Tech came and picked up my car for service and dropped off a loaner on the side of the road which I didn't use. Service advisor called me back and said she didn't see any bubbles on the tint on any of the windows. I told her all windows have bubbles. She said she'll look again. Advisor Michelle called back and said they re-tinted all 4 windows. I said 4? What about the hatch? She said she didn't look at the hatch. Michlle called the next day and said all windows are re-tinted now and the shield has been replaced. In the mean time, the loaner that was left on the side of the road was involved in a hit and run. Now I'm having to pay $1,500 deductible for something I didn't do or use. Cashier told me they may refund the deductible. It depends on my insurance. Still waiting on my refund. Will update review with any progress. More
