Eric Johnson has helped me each time I have my car serviced. He is knowledgeable, a good listener, helpful, & very professional. I like his customer service skills!! The service area is a luxury serviced. He is knowledgeable, a good listener, helpful, & very professional. I like his customer service skills!! The service area is a luxury type waiting area. Well equipped to help a person in their professional, or personal needs. I even noticed the service dog's water & feed bowls. So sweet! The loaner SUV was such a blessing. I work (7) days a week. Even though, I just used the SUV around town, & back & forth to work. It was very needed, & helpful. Goodson is an up class car dealership. More
