Lance was terrific to work with. He knew everything about the car and answered all my questions. The vehicle I purchased was priced very competetively and after my dad talked to Lance and the sales manager the car and answered all my questions. The vehicle I purchased was priced very competetively and after my dad talked to Lance and the sales manager on the phone, he was confident enough with how I was going to be treated. I will be buying my next vehicle from Lance and Goodson Acura again. More
I've had Hondas so far and assumed Acura will at least be equal to or better than a Honda. I've had problems after problems with this car. The service department is a joke, never delivering the car on time equal to or better than a Honda. I've had problems after problems with this car. The service department is a joke, never delivering the car on time or doing the service they promised. Worst of all they will lie through their teeth. I have had an Infiniti and Lexus and would recommend these any day over Acuras. And if you do get one, don't go there for followup service. More
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Goodson Acura now and have serviced there for years. Everyone I have worked with over the years have been great. Sometimes you forget how well you are treated until you go have serviced there for years. Everyone I have worked with over the years have been great. Sometimes you forget how well you are treated until you go to another dealership. I guess that is why I am adding this review as I would have never thought about it until now. Keep up the great work Goodson. More

I bought a new 2011 Acura TSX from Greg Blake at Goodson Acura and the experience was great. I can recommend Greg Blake to anybody looking for an Acura in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Steve in the Financ Acura and the experience was great. I can recommend Greg Blake to anybody looking for an Acura in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Steve in the Finance office was quick with going threough all the options and explained why a warranty was worth it based on my driving habits. Great overall experience. Thanks Greg. More
My 2008 Acura MDX kept having a check engine light popping up and my local shop could not seem to fix the issue. After talking to Bobbie on the phone, I set an appointment over the weekend and I was v popping up and my local shop could not seem to fix the issue. After talking to Bobbie on the phone, I set an appointment over the weekend and I was very surprised to see their pricing was very affordable. They have a list of common services that they do cheaper than the local oil and lube shop. Back to my check engine light. My local service shop did not put the correct oil in my MDX and according to Bobbie I was lucky it did not turn in to a disaster. I guess I have learned my lesson. Lol. More
After multiple rounds of emails with a written drive out price, to ensure they would price match the 2 other offers we had on the table (they supposedly guarantee that they will NOT be undersold and will sa price, to ensure they would price match the 2 other offers we had on the table (they supposedly guarantee that they will NOT be undersold and will save you an additional 5% of the difference), we drove 3 hours from Austin, TX, to Irving, TX, to have them tell us they just couldn't do it. The sales manager walked out, and said he can't sell it at the price his sales representative promised us in email. I don't understand how you stay in business not acting in good faith to clients - especially with strings of email as proof. I call that LYING and a waste of my time. I left an UNSATISFIED buyer. Buyer Beware. I live in Sherman, Tx, and worked a deal via email with sales person Robert Cassell. I confirmed the total amount with TWO emails, with Robert confirming the price and color choice. When I a via email with sales person Robert Cassell. I confirmed the total amount with TWO emails, with Robert confirming the price and color choice. When I arrived at the dealership, Robert disappeared, and the sales manager told me that they could not honor the deal, and to go to another dealership if we weren’t happy with them. The sales manager had copies of the printed emails confirming the bottom line price, and the sales manager still refused to honor the price. I was treated very rudely, and the sales manager was unprofessional and lacked integrity. Goodson Acura didn’t live up to their written commitment, so take this as a warning with doing business with them. I hope that Acura sees this email, and investigates this dealer and its business practices. This is the last email response that I received from Robert before I visited the Goodson Acura Dealership: "We will honor the price." The word "honor" has no meaning at Goodson Acura. More

First, let me mention to you the car I was inquiring about has been on this lot for 4 long months. I emailed via the website several times, I didnt get a response, I went to the ACURA main site and ins about has been on this lot for 4 long months. I emailed via the website several times, I didnt get a response, I went to the ACURA main site and instantly chatted with the internet sales manager (M. Wells) of the dealership to make certain that the vehicle I was looking at was still available and onsite so that I could view it, he stated it was and he had the keys and we set up for me to look at the car that evening. I did this because the dealership is in Irving and I live in Frisco and it was a drive for me but I had been watching that particular vehicle. I drove out there, even while it was storming, to look at the car and he had already left for the day, so Leonard helped me, he wasn't too friendly, he seemed annoyed that I wanted to look at a car in the rain; and no one else jumped at the change either. I was there a total of an hour and he got my info and said he would call me back the next day because all the banks were closed and he couldnt tell me anything. Now, I have known several people in car sales and even lived with a man that sold cars for a living and I know that the finance people and banks will stay to get deals done. I waited the next day and never got a call, until really late in the day, it was M. Wells to tell me he was sorry for not being there and that he had tried to call me (?) and that he was working on the deal. He called the next day to request pay stubs, and told me he was still working on the deal, again late in the day. I really started getting the feeling that he was just dragging me along. I got a call on Friday evening and missed the phone call but called right back, within a minute and Mr. Wells didn't answer nor call me back when I left a message. I called Saturday morning, again didn't have anyone to talk to so I asked to speak with someone in the finance department, I got the voicemail of the Business Manager and left him a voicemail stating that a deal was suppose to be in the works and I needed a call back, he called me back and just simply stated that it couldnt be done, he didnt give me any other options of vehicles, didnt suggest putting any more money down or didnt suggest a co-signer... all of which I would have and could have done. Did I mention this car has been on thier lot for 4 Months, enjoy your time there sweet lil Acura, and get comfy, apparently they like looking at you, you were a lease return so I guess they don't think they are loosing money on you More
