Short: It was a really nice visit and space to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. I love that the other staff were talkative and communicative to me about my car and service needs. Long: I really liked how Johnathan was professional and kept me updated on the timeline of my car being worked on by the mechanics. I value communication and transparency, even if I'm unaware or unknowing of what may take the workers longer than usual to finish maintenance work on my car. I definitely didn't get that at my last visit to the Acura store at Park Place since my point of contact was just gone for lunch or had another coworker relay information to me. It left me an ick when he or the system asked me for improvements when I said that he was just okay for my rating. That was largely why I just was disinterested in returning to that store for service work. If not for Johnathan’s professional conduct, practicality of my time, and situational awareness of the remaining work of his colleagues, I might have postponed my car service for a good while until it REALLY needed to be checked. I'm also thankful for the multipoint inspection and cleaning for complimentary services since vacuuming the main cabin of my car was on the list this month. If I had to nitpick my visit, it'd be the lack of tea options and choices for snacks in the lounge area. Really, it was nice to be talked to often and checked up by Johnathan. I also like that his office space was personalized, and you can immediately clock the vibes. Also, a big thanks and many kisses to the staff who worked on the car and got me out before noon because I was dreading waiting the entire day, like I did at the other dealership. More
