Do not use!!!! Never deal with Lani, she is a lier, she tells you that you are approved and makes up excuses over and over. I put a check down to hold for 2 vehicles that th bank approved on but they cash the check when they where not supposed to, then she was like it was a holiday and someone was taking the checks to the bank and someone didn't read don't cash. Then found out they sold one car that I was looking at. Then I called Lani about the other particular car and she's like it doesn't start It needs to go to the shop since there is a mechanical issue but I started it with no problem the week before. So I was like forget this I'm driving down there since I keep getting the run around. I went down there and seen Lani "mind you it was her day off" and she had this look on her face that was priceless and she kept stumbling over her words. The car that I put a hold on was on the lot and someone was looking at it. Her excuse was I just got in and it may got here this morning. I'm like seriously and they jacked the price on it so I couldn't get the loan from the bank.... DO NOT DEAL W LANI NOR GOODFELLAS THEY ALL ARE CROCKS, THEY LIE AND STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER'S!!! Worst experience ever!! I boght a car from them and the same day the check engine light came on. They were closed so I called the next day and they told me where to take it t I boght a car from them and the same day the check engine light came on. They were closed so I called the next day and they told me where to take it to the soonest they could fix it was that wendsday so I took it in and it had an exhaust leak and it got fixed 2 days later it started to over heat I called them again and they told me to take it to total technology and I did. Come to find out the water pump went out and they would only go halves with me to fix it and mind you it was a BMW so then the same day the exhaust leak came back. I finally got fed up with it all they have the car back but would only give me my down payment back not the money I payed for repairs and I had the car only a week and it was a piece of crap!!! Do that same day I went to northwest motersports and got a BMW X5 in way better condition with a warranty and a better price and they treated me way better!!! I suggest no one ever do business with goodfellas unless you want a car with a bunch of problems!! More

Buying a car can be a very intimidating process but everyone worked as a team to make it seamless. I loved that I only had to speak with two people throughout the whole process and everyone was on the same page. Richard and Ashley kept in contact with me and made sure I was getting into the right car with the right payment. When it's time to trade in my car I won't deal with anyone else. They have me "sold" me on a job well done! I now have a fabulous new car that I have been taking lots of adventures in :) More
