We went to Good Chev because they had the truck that we wanted. Although I am not happy with the experience in general the end of the deal is what really made me upset. We didn't get as good of a deal as we wanted, probably our fault, the customer service we received after signing the papers was horrible. Not only where the employees not friendly, but when we questioned the fact that the gas light came on before leaving the parking lot they seemed almost mad at us. I didn't expect to leave there with a full tank, but to have to drive straight to the gas station after buying a 30,000$ vehicle seems absurd to me. When the salesman we were working with went in to ask, we were given a 20$ voucher to the Shell down the street. That was pretty insulting, and made us upset so we spent another 20 minutes trying to talk to the manager who asked us questions such as how much gas is left in the cars you traded in, which I happily answered with a half tank in each car. Still he didn't want to even apologize for the inconvenience. In the end he sent one of the staff to the Shell station with us to put in a little gas. All this situation would have taken is a little common sense and customer service, neither one of which we received and will not go back there for our services. All they would have needed to do was put in enough gas for the gas light to not come on before we left the parking lot or offer an apology for not checking that and taking a proactive approach to fix the situation. Simple things make a big difference. More
I knew which used car I was coming to test drive, a 2001 Volvo XC. I have to say, this was one of the easiest car transactions I have ever done. I was immediately greeted by salesman David Kahn. He came across as warm and friendly and he was extremely knowledgeable. I came into the dealership today to purchase a car for my husband who (it seems) never has the time to do this on his own! I feel comfortable enough to go in and do this on my own and I was lucky enough to work with David Kahn. I walked into the dealership and purchased the perfect car with the perfect options at the perfect price! I was in and out in record time. He 'sharpened' his pencil and really made the offer happen for me. He was professional, attentive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone ready to a car purchase and would like the transaction to go smoothly with the PERFECT SALESPERSON, then head on over to GOOD CHEVROLET and ask for Mr. David Kahn. It will be the best car experience you ever had. If you want a salesperson who is courteous, helpful and extremely capable and knowledgeable, David Kahn is the salesperson to work with. I told the salesman Ted at the beginning of our conversation that I wanted the 9500 pound haul capability which requires the 3.42 rear end with the Silverado 5.3 liter engine. I also told him color and the other amenities did not matter, just the tow capacity. He stated he had the truck I needed. Because the very last entry on the Window Sticker said 3.08 rear end, it was pouring down rain, and getting late, I did not notice that and since the standard rear end according to Chevrolet is the 3.42 rear end, I thought that I was getting that set up. The next day I returned to Good Chevrolet and was re-reading the Window sticker and saw the 3.08 rear-end and asked a Good Chevrolet salesman and he confirmed the 3.08 rear end since my salesman Ted was not available. I was screwed and I have not heard from my Salesman or the sales manager since. I asked about upgrading the gears to the 3.42 and they said it would cost $1800 +. I screwed myself by trading in my 2009 Extended cab with 4.8 V8 and 5500 lb tow capacity for a 2011 5.3 V8 with a 6700 lb haul capacity. I have paid $40,000+ for 1000 pound increase in tow capacity. My boat weighs close to 6000 pounds loaded with fuel and equipment. Ultimately, It is my fault for not confirming everything before closeing the deal. More

Alan Kidd was s-o-o-o easy to deal with. He brought the car to our home so I (spouse) could take a look at it and his run-though of features was excellent. First of all, I really appreciate Good Chevrolet's showing the actual selling price of the cars being advertised and not the standard "CALL DEALER FOR PRICING" which I see in a lot of other dealership showing the actual selling price of the cars being advertised and not the standard "CALL DEALER FOR PRICING" which I see in a lot of other dealerships. This really saved me a lot of time during my Internet shopping. I came to the store to look at a couple of Corvettes I found at Good's website and was met just outside the door by Teddy Sharp. He was very helpful, answering all my questions patiently even though I told him I was not buying a car that day. He even offered to let me do a test drive. He was never pushy and I was so impressed with his service that I decided I would be buying my car from Teddy Sharp. Teddy called me a week after my visit as I requested and answered yet more of my questions. Again he was very patient and never pushy at all. When I came back to the dealership two weeks after my initial visit to buy my Corvette, Teddy again answered all my questions and helped me through the purchase process from the credit check to programming the OnStar option that I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. That is what I call excellent service. More
