I regret the day I ever went here. They are rude and unprofessional. I took my car in for service and they messed it up. I have had nothing but problems with my car ever since. When I was trying to talk unprofessional. I took my car in for service and they messed it up. I have had nothing but problems with my car ever since. When I was trying to talked to them about the problem, they spoke to me like I was ignorant. Now I have to have my car fixed to correct their mistake. I stongly advise people not to use this dealership for service. More
This is a good story. I went in for a Oil Change on Monday 26 Nov. 2012 and came out with a new car on 27 Nov. 2012. I had a 2012 Camry XLE which I bought in March of this year and traded in my 2007 Ca Monday 26 Nov. 2012 and came out with a new car on 27 Nov. 2012. I had a 2012 Camry XLE which I bought in March of this year and traded in my 2007 Camry XLE, that was a mistake. Toyota did a Engineer change on the 2012-bad judgement call(they cheapen the car and still charge the same price)and made the car much smaller. The truck is much smaller (the 2007 I could put 4 sets of Golf Clubs in the truck and now with the 2012 I could only put 2 sets in, tightly)so I traded in the 2012 Camry XLE for a 2012 Avalon Sedan(if the Salesman I had in March would have compare my 2007 to the 2012 Camry XLE he would have said(maybe)that I wouldn't have been satisfied with the 2012 Camry and recommend the Avalon. As my car was being serviced I when to the show room to look around. Now I had no intention of buying a new car! They had an Avalon in the show room, I did a once around and did the normal checks. I open the truck and fell in love(to dramanice I know.) Here's what made the Sale, the Salesman, his name is Leonard W Belton. I have never in my 40 years of buying vehicles have met a more sincere person in dealing with customers then Leonard-top notch. This Dealership should clone him on how a sales person should act and to respond to the customers need. Will done Mr. Belton. I would also like to acknowledge Jerry Keilch. He did a great job taking care of my needs financing our car. Thanks again for your assistance with our car purchase. More

The service I have received on my new Toyota Camry has been better than at any previous dealership I have been at. I am taken in and written up immediately upon arrival. The staff are very courteous and readily answer my questions. And the price so far has been outstanding (free!). More
