Recently purchase a used vehicle from Warren Toyota and let me just say, it was one of the best decisions I could make. I am not talking just about the great vehicle I purchased, but also the fantastic cus let me just say, it was one of the best decisions I could make. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and Adam was the first person I talked to regarding the vehicle I purchased. He work with me on negotiating the price of the vehicle before I made the long commute to the dealership. He was great, very patient worked eagerly to exceed my expectations. Upon arrival to the dealership, I met Bruce and Mike who were again, very kind and patient and made sure I left happy and satisfied with a great car. Don't know why they have a 3.2 star rating, it DOES NOT reflect the 5 star service I received! My car had recalled parts on it, and Mike, Bruce and Adam made sure the car was fixed and 150% ready to go! Most dealers wouldn't do that! So with that said, I say Thank You, you guys are rock-stars!! **If you're reading these reviews trying to decide whether or not to do business with Warren Toyota, take it from me, these guys will work hard at getting you a GREAT deal on a GREAT car! I regret the day I ever went here. They are rude and unprofessional. I took my car in for service and they messed it up. I have had nothing but problems with my car ever since. The sales people lied about the condition of the car. They claimed that the car is a Non Smoker (even in the add.), and the fact is that they just covered (unprofessionally) lots of cigarette holes in th They claimed that the car is a Non Smoker (even in the add.), and the fact is that they just covered (unprofessionally) lots of cigarette holes in the car seats (front and back), and sprayed the interior of the car with some awful spray to mask the tobacco odor, and told me that this is the odor of the detergent they used to remove a stain from the car seat! I tried to reach the sales people after I bought the car, but they never returned my calls. Now, I have to pay over $1,500.00 to replace the car seats and to decontaminate the car from the tobacco smoke before giving it to my daughter. The bottom line is that I shouldn't have trusted those guys, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
