Beware of Service Department Repair work is terrible. Unless you are knowledgeble and can look over your vehicle after repairs to make sure it was completed correctly ( for which Repair work is terrible. Simple service such as oil changes and tire rotates are not even done right. Air filter cover left open unsecurred and on another incident three of the five lug nuts were never put back on one of the rims after a tire rotate. If they can't even perform simple service of such without problems, I can only imagine how a real repair job would turn out! More

It's clear the process is all roto-text without a human monitor. So Dumb and so intrusive. Toyoto has great cars - but there are other dealers. More

Don't take you vehicle here for service They told me that my service agreement didn't cover any work done on my car, so I paid out of pocket. later I got a statement from Toyota financial Se They told me that my service agreement didn't cover any work done on my car, so I paid out of pocket. later I got a statement from Toyota financial Services where my service agreement had covered the cost, also they received payment for 3 days car rental and I only kept their rental car overnight. When I called to inquire about it and asked why I wasn't informed that my service agreement covered the work, it took Amy Hall 3 days to tell me that they don't have to tell their customers and refused to refund my money I paid out of pocket. Most people would think THAT'S UNETHICAL! Don't take you care here for service unless you want to pay TWICE and taken advantage of. More

Went in to purchase a used vehicle. I saw a 2003 honda odyssey online for about 4900. Went in and did a test drive. The car drove great. We put down a deposit of $100 to hold the vehicle until the followi odyssey online for about 4900. Went in and did a test drive. The car drove great. We put down a deposit of $100 to hold the vehicle until the following Monday so we could get it looked at by a mechanic before the purchase. I asked the sales manager what they do in the case that something is wrong with the car. He said he could "guarantee" nothing would be wrong with the vehicle and that it had been thoroughly inspected. Well, he was wrong. The front struts needed to be replaced and according to my mechanic, "the transmission fluid is black and smells like it is burning. It clearly has not been serviced in quite some time. I would not feel comfortable driving this car off the lot without a warranty on the transmission." The sales manager said he would knock $350 off the sales price so we could get the struts fixed but said the transmission was most likely fine. However, he refused to put a warranty on it. It was a 2003 Honda Odyssey with 157K miles on it. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. It is likely to have transmission problems and definitely needs new struts, which by the way, cost a bit more than $350. Additionally, it took us 3 days to get our deposit back. Gave us some run around about needing two signatures to release the funds ($100). I don't see why it should take 3 days to do that. And they were none too friendly about it either. More

They have the lowest price ever and I didnot pay a DOWN PAYMENT FOR MY 2013 rav4. They are very friendly and I took my car the same day I visted them after submitting my application online and they called PAYMENT FOR MY 2013 rav4.
