BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE I purchased a new vehicle and the service with Martin allos was fantastic. However, there was a problem when I ordered my plate and didn't receive the I purchased a new vehicle and the service with Martin allos was fantastic. However, there was a problem when I ordered my plate and didn't receive the right one that I already payed for. I dealt with SAM JAMOUA who stated there was nothing we can do as the plate was already submitted. I told Sam I already paid for the plate and that's what I wanted. Then he said he will make some phone calls which he should have done that already instead of giving me the first response. Long story short, I had to go out of my way on 3 seperate occasions wasting gas and time and Sam didn't seem to care and was very cocky, arrogant,and not friendly or understanding about the situation at all! He finally called me at 2:45pm and said his guy was in line at secretary state as we speak. Sam said don't worry you will have your plate today.Keep in mind my temporary plate expires the next day. I get a call from my sales rep, not Sam at 5:35pm saying my plate is finally in but we close at 6pm. Really, cause I'm gonna make it in there in a half hour with rush hour! Makes you wonder if that was done purposely and find it hard to believe SAMs guy was waiting in line for over 2 and a half hours.Then I have to go in the next morning now 4th time down there to pick it up in terrible snow conditions. I went inside to get my plate and Sam was sitting behind the desk playing on the computer.....go figure and he saw me and didn't even acknowledge me one bit,say hi or even hand me the plate and apologize for there mess up or inconvenience. My sales rep did all the work and apologized. There's more to then just coming to work in a suit and tie but Sam doesn't understand that. Thank you again Martin allos for doing sams job and taking care of my dilemma and I give you another 5 stars for being curtious, helpful and understanding. More

My wife was at the hospital with her sister who was undergoing a knee surgery. He allowed me to take the car to her at the hospital so she could test drive it. Time was not an issue. I was thoroughly impressed by his understanding. I appreciated the lack of pressure. Great guy. Wonderful dealer! More
A very good day! I have been looking for a new car for a few months but nothing jumped out at me until I saw the new 2016 Corolla. It was my perfect car. He was exceptionally attentive to the details from obtaining the vehicle to the final delivery. Marti did everything he said he would including honoring the price, delivering the vehicle in excellent condition and helping set up the future service schedule. Marti made sure that I knew how to properly operate the vehicle patiently demonstrating all of the car's features. He was a genuine, standup guy who made the purchase experience pleasureable. In this day and age where everyone claims they provide customer service, Marti walked the walk. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Marti and the dealership he works for. Kudos Marti.
