When I arrived to test drive, he didn't hoover over me like other salesman do, he allowed me to dive until I felt comfortable, and without him. I hate when the salmon ride with you because it makes me feel pressured to only drive around the block- which isn't enough to make a decision. Marty knew all the ends and outs of the car and it was ready to as promised for pU after purchase. He was very responsive to my calls. He made sure I was more than just happy, I was and am ecstatic about my new 2013 Sienna with 40k miles. Its my swagger wagon and he made sure I knew how to work every bell and whistle before I left. No Nonsense, Easy Purchase Called ahead to see an advertised 2015 Sienna. My salesman Martin "Marty" Allos had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Kept in touch through the day while completed our (outside) financing and arranged insurance. The dealership offered the usual financing and warranty deals without pressure (NICE!) I did purchase a "Toyota Certified" vehicle which gives me reassurance that all is well with the Sienna. Free oil changes as long as I own the car! I paid a reasonable price. When I picked the car up the next day it had been freshly washed and plates were ordered. I had a very positive experience. More
