disappointing I brought my Avalon in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I requested that the tire pressure be set at 35psi. After I left the dealership I I brought my Avalon in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I requested that the tire pressure be set at 35psi. After I left the dealership I checked it and found that all four tires were set at 45psi or above. This not only can cause uneven wear of the tread, but can be very unsafe if the roads are wet or snow covered. The mechanic who performed the service was Max Tana. If something so simple cannot be performed correctly, it makes me wonder what else was not performed properly. More
I found a vehicle that i was interested in getting my wife for christmas. I filled out a form on the website for contact and information about the vehicle. The dealer called me and i worked on a deal for wife for christmas. I filled out a form on the website for contact and information about the vehicle. The dealer called me and i worked on a deal for the vehicle with Maria and her finance manager. My credit was pulled and my financing was approved. I was asked to pay a 500 dollar deposit since i am in Tennessee and they would hold the vehicle. This deposit was to go toward my down payment when the vehicle was picked up. I was told that i had to pick up the vehicle by 1-1-20 and i was actually picking it up on 12-28-19 and paying the rest of the down payment upon picking up the vehicle. I received a phone call today from Maria my sales person and was informed that the manager ( Robert ) sold the vehicle out from under me even though she told him that i had already purchased the vehicle. Probably to get his own commision or for whatever reason. My financing was already approved and a deposit was already paid to hold the vehicle. The manager told me there is a policy to hold the vehicle only 48 hours. I was unaware of this as the sales lady said that she did not know and the finance manager that i spoke to also did not know this. Either way, I should have received a phone call to tell me someone else was looking at the vehicle and i would have just went to pick it up immediately. I was never offered that chance and was just called to be informed it was sold from under me. This should not have happened as this was already my vehicle and the financing secured with deposit made. That is not a proper way to do business, especially around christmas time just for personal gain. Also i have extra inquiries on my credit report now and my score will drop some, and all for nothing. If this is how this manager does business i do not see why he is there. I would never have someone like that at a business of mine. More
