Automated Responses/Spam Messages/ Impersonating other staff While I like to extend a courteous and professional tone in all new exchanges, I'm quite surprised when the same isn't reciprocated. More so, when a 'personal' letter is just a copy-paste automated response. Even more so, when the automated response is written by one person, but signed as another! I have taken the time to write this review because the automatic e-mails from Malissa Tomassi have failed to answer any questions. And in their latest, the e-mail came from melissa.tomassi@gollingtoyota.com but was signed, and claimed to be written by Garry Hull. What's best is that automated letter from Melissa impersonating Garry was this: "We like to make it easy to purchase a vehicle here at Golling Toyota of Warren. Rather than us telling you please click on the link below. https://youtu.be/Y-EuAmnpE_o The Golling Team has been voted the Best Automotive Dealership to do business with in Oakland and Macomb County, by the Oakland Press readers for 5 years running.
