When I described the problem, Mr. Belzyt knew exactly what to look for. He arranged for the appropriate technician to be assigned to diagnose the problem. I was notified in a few short hours of the needed repair and the costs. The repairs were completed promptly. When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, Mr. Belzyt was not available, but another service advisor quickly stepped in to finalize the transaction. I would recommed this dealer to anyone. More

Jason, could not get me on your shuttle because it was already loaded and would not be back for at least an hour.Instead of cancelling my visit,he voluntarily drove me to my home in Orchard Lake (with permission from the service manager,of course, p.s. thank you too)... I e-mailed Mike Belzyt for service on a recall issue. He promtly called me and we set up a time for today. I took my Jeep Liberty in at 7:30am Thursday, and he called around 1O:30 telling me that my Jeep w promtly called me and we set up a time for today. I went in about an hour later and talked to Mike and explained some to the things that should be done according to the inspection report. He was very helpful and friendly. Called service at 8:15pm on a Monday regarding a possible warrenty issue with my 2010 Dodge Journey R/T. Victoria suggested that I come right in so that she can determine the proper course of action.
