Our 19 year old daughter, Lindsey, has been driving her 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee to college for the past year which is a good 4 1/2 hours away. Prior to her leaving for college this past week she again took her car in to Golling to have everything checked out. Over the past several years we have had the pleasure of dealing with Jesse Welch and he knows and remembers our concerns about Lindsey traveling to school safely. He has made a special effort to develop a personal relationship with our family and always takes a pride in providing exceptional service to not only our daughter but to our entire family....who also drive Jeeps. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle this Fall our relationship with Jesse plays an important roll in our buying decision. More

I have worked with Mike before and he is pleasant and helpful to work with. Shop price might be great, I didn't comparison shop, so I don't know. Hello. We have been taking our cars to Golling for a few years now. So far the experiences there have been good. The few times we had some problems with the car and and had the car serviced , Mike Belzyt m years now. So far the experiences there have been good. The few times we had some problems with the car and and had the car serviced , Mike Belzyt made sure everything was taken care of and we were 100% satisfied. Great customer service!!! Prices are still a little high but Mike works with us to negotiate a better price. Thanks Golling is not the closest Jeep service place near us but since we receive great customer service here we do not mind the trip. More

He then looked up my service contract and noted that a free rental car was available and then scheduled my vehicle for well what needed to be done. The only negative was that they had to order a part for our vehicle the day of service, when they had five business days before we dropped the car off in which to order the part, so we had to wait an extra day to pick up our car.
