I took my Wrangler because the engine light was one. It was diagnosed as a fuel pump issue. That was in May 2023. The pump needs to be ordered. I was told within 2 months. I checked by in November 2023. It was diagnosed as a fuel pump issue. That was in May 2023. The pump needs to be ordered. I was told within 2 months. I checked by in November 2023. It took 20 minutes to find the work order. I asked why it took so long. The explanation was not convincing. A day later, I got a call to schedule an appointment as they found a pump. Scheduled a recall for a Ram Diesel - The recall was related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take a diesel tech" to fix. So my diesel truck, scheduled for a diesel recall sat for a full day that I could have used it waiting for a "diesel tech" to work on it. Not blaming Mike (although I ended up calling for updates several times), but if you are going to schedule a vehicle for a diesel repair, you should have a diesel tech ready to work on it. It seems like Golling service has gone down from what I used to experience. They used to be much more customer focused. More
