You be the judge. Sitting in service area currently, waiting for brake service. Had a bit of work done on the car mid-2012, including brake pads and rotor work. A couple of months later I noticed shaking in the front of the car when putting on brakes. Not knowing much about cars, I thought it was something to do with the steering or wheel alignment although I had had wheel alignment done with the work. I told the service rep about the problem on my next service visit and he provided a written quote for discounted price for new brake pads and rotors of $250 due to the recent work. Since I had spent nearly $2000 on the previous service and new tires and because the service rep seemed to downplay the safety concern because the brakes did stop, I put off the work until I could afford it. Due for another oil change and because another winter is nearly here, I presented my car for the brake job as well as the oil change. I was quoted a price of $347 for new pads and rotors as I was assured the rotors were too bad for another resurfacing. The big sales pitch is that the brake pads are lifetime replacement but the service representative I had preferred to ignore that I had already paid for brake pads hence the earlier quote for the job of $281 discounted to $250. I questioned him on the quality of brake pad that had been installed before and was told it was part metal. In my comparison shopping I heard from two other service places that such brake pads are sub-premium quality and one of the two expressly stated for my car a full ceramic bad is the standard part. I also learned that Chrysler rotors tend to warp. I would have chosen either one of the other two service places instead of coming back here today after the rotors were ordered but since finally getting the Chrysler service rep to honor the pitch of lifetime brake pad replacement, the price was a little cheaper to come back here. Even at that, Chrysler service rep Adam tried to apply the $281 instead of the discounted quote. However, I had my paperwork and expressed loudly "this is the quote I told you about that Mike gave me." Nevertheless, Adam ignored my presentation of the 10% bonus discount coupon he told me I could use the day before (I had to come back today because the rotors had to be ordered). I am not happy due to the attempt to not honor the lifetime free brake pad replacement, the discounted quote as well as the discount coupon. I am even more unhappy the brake pads available from Chrysler service are sub-premium and what I learned about the rotors. I wonder how soon I am going the be needing brake work done again? I intend to find out what the factory issue of brake pad on my make Chrysler car and what is required for replacement. I likely will not go with Chrysler again when I get a new car. Moreover, I hate feeling like service reps try to scam you because you are female. More
I am a former Michigan resident and had my Town & Country serviced for years at your dealership. This time I was in town visiting and had a problem with my van and not a lot of time to deal with it. Country serviced for years at your dealership. This time I was in town visiting and had a problem with my van and not a lot of time to deal with it. I saw Mike Belzyt who immediately got my problem diagnosed and arranged service within 2 days based on my schedule. The service was done on time and correctly. I have since driven the van back to my home in Colorado and everything went great. I could not have asked for better service and attention than what I received from Mike and your service staff. I recently had my 2011 Chrysler 300 in for body work and service after an object flew at me on the expressway. When I find a service that I like, I hang on to them. I had my car serviced at Livonia Chrysler Jeep for years. They were the best dealership I had ever experienced. When they closed down, I thought that I would never find another dealership like them. However, I am happy to say that i was somewhat premature in my judgement. My experiences at Golling Chrysler have been as fulfilling as those at Livonia and then some. Bloomfield Hills "Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep" is a very customer oriented dealership from the Manager though to the service technicians. I must say that a great deal of my satisfied experience (here at Golling) has been due (in great measure) to the Awesome personalized service I have received from your "Service Advisor", Mike Belzyt. Mike is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and has set a fairly high bar. I don't want to end without acknowledging the "Body Shop" team, with whom I have had several dealings with in the last few months, to my total satisfaction. "Kudos" to the entire Golling team. Keep up the good work!!! More
I recently dropped off my Dodge Journey to have the brakes checked. I am in frequently due to my brakes and Mike Belzyt was very helpful and able to get me a decent price on my brake repair. Mike has always been fabulous to work with. He is extremely attentive and makes sure you know everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. I have found that Mike is far above the rest of the customer service advisors. I will go out of my way to work with Mike rather than calling the dealership blind. When I called for my most recent appointment (and wasn't talking to Mike), the person was rather curt about the shuttle. When I told her my work location she said..."well you know that if someone else is here that needs to go to Chrysler HQ, you will have to wait". She made me feel as if I shouldn't use the shuttle unless I was a Chrysler employee. If the shuttles are only for Chrysler employees, you might want to rethink this policy. In any event, I learned that when I call I will ask for Mike directly. More

This is the third time in....AM radio 950 still not clear all the time. Phone still hangs up and still doesn't recognize commands..... I am told that they find no problems!
