I found Customer Service with a SMILE! I have been dealing with South field Chrysler Dodge for years and have grown dissatisfied with the Dealership and the quality of there work. They have kept my vehicle over a week to search and find an oil leak, unable to find the leak according to them and I had to personally show them where the oil leak was. I was not happy after that and had decided to visit your dealership for any major work in my opinion. I made an appointment with your Dealership and was greeted with RESPECT, set up an appointment for today, I was greeted with a smile by a Professional Adviser by the name of Mike Belzyt, who assisted me with my appointment, kept me updated with the progress of my truck, directed me to the lounge where I decided to wait for the three hours of servicing of my truck which went by so fast because of the comforts that were offered. While visiting your website made me interested in leasing a new vehicle because of your pricing. When my truck was completed Mike explained what was accomplished, how much my bill was and where my truck was parked. I was so happy with the greeting and smile of the cashier, it was a pleasure to pay my bill. Thank you Golling Chrysler for your excellence, My service adviser Mike gets a rating of 10 from me for his excellence, and so does the cashier. I must also note that your staff was friendly as well. rude management I took my 2014 Chrysler in for a oil change because I received a complimentary oil & filter change in the mail I call the day before to inquire about I took my 2014 Chrysler in for a oil change because I received a complimentary oil & filter change in the mail I call the day before to inquire about it and i was told that if it had Chrysler service by MOPAR then they would honor the certificate I Came in for the oil change and the service representative was great he just needed 2 Check on my certificate because he didn't know how 2 type it up In the system he went to Ask manager Jeff Frank for assistance when he Came out and talk to me he was very rude in telling me that they can't honor my certificate I told him he didn't have to be rude then he proceeded to say well we can't honor your certificate in a rude boys and walked away I am formed him that I would be calling to talk to someone about this problem all he had to say was our dealership that's not honor any other dealership certificate I would have been fine with that I still went on and paid for my oil change but overall I did not like the management experience the Sale representatives guy was excellent. It took four days to do a four hour repair . I brought my '09 Challenger in for a free recall repair of the timing chain guide. I had to make an appointment a week in advance, so I dropped it . I had to make an appointment a week in advance, so I dropped it off on a Friday at 9AM thinking I was giving them 9 hours to accomplish a four hour job. With a priority level of four on the work order, they didn't look at the car until 2, and while service is open all day Saturday, my mechanic does not work that day, so I finally get the call that my car is ready on Monday afternoon. I work all week, and the shuttle is not available after 5, so it takes me more additional days to arrange a ride to pick it up. It could be worse, but I was greatly inconvenienced. More
Within days after receiving delivery of a new Chrysler 300C AWD I became aware of a minor problem with the drivers door not fully latching with what I felt was normal effort to close it. While in the area I dropped into the service area and discussed the door with Service Advisor Mike Belzt. Mike felt at the time it was not something that warranted service. I returned home and the more I thought about it the more I became disillusioned with my feelings regarding the quality of the car. I called the Service Manager Jeff Frank and made an appointment for him to look at the door. After testing all of the door's Jeff agreed the drivers door did not close as easily as the other three. Here is where I believe the Golling Chrysler motto of "WE WANT TO BE SURE YOU ARE PLEASED" came into play. Jeff made a service appointment and personally oversaw the considerable effort in replacement of the door latch resulting in a very happy customer. A lot of car dealerships are quick to advertise excellent customer service. I have found Golling Chrysler actually provides excellent customer service and highly recommend them to anyone. . More
