I have also had to take the grand cherokee in 3 times just to get the driver seat fixed. Because of them I will never purchase another FCA product. More

Excellent Service and Staff I've had service done here on multiple occasions. I have also had service done at other dealerships and I've never been to one like Golling. They ac I've had service done here on multiple occasions. I have also had service done at other dealerships and I've never been to one like Golling. They actually seem concerned when there is an issue with the car and they do everything they can to help in a cost effective and time efficient way. I have had a couple warranty claims done here while under Chrysler warranty as well as recalls and oil changes. The staff go out of their way to help and get the problem solved. My service adviser ( Anthony ) treated me like he had known me for years even on my first visit there. They even replaced a couple parts complimentary because they felt they shouldn't have been sold that way ( Chrysler certified pre-owned ) and were apologetic for not catching it before the sale. I think they just may have earned themselves a customer for life! More

The quick change was great; in and out in about 40 minutes with a car wash included. The price was fair and I left very satisfied. My only issue is that I had to ask if the vehicle was ready and the folks in the service department weren't overly friendly or outgoing. But they were not rude either. So all-in-all, it was a good experience and I will definitely return. More

Once there Melisa informed me that I had a recall and a security flash update required on the vehicl Came to dealership to get my regular oil change. Once there Melisa informed me that I had a recall and a security flash update required on the vehicle. Needless to say I wasn't happy about having to wait around for at least 2 hours. Good news... Melissa and service team was able to get the oil change, recall and flash update done in less then 2 hours. Good job team!! More

Uconnect software update I called in regard to a Uconnect software update on my 2011, 300. After many minutes on hold, the girl told me she found it, so I made an appointment I called in regard to a Uconnect software update on my 2011, 300. After many minutes on hold, the girl told me she found it, so I made an appointment to have it updated. The info. was not on the work order when I arrived. The service personnel couldn't locate it initially either. Eventually another service person demonstrated where to locate the update in the Uconnect system. I waited over an hour and checked back, and was told they were having problems doing it. I called Uconnect and gave them the number of the update. I finally got a manager involved, who was very nice, and tried to assist. I was told it did go through??? (Not able to verify). But, on the way home, I went to make a call and my entire phone directory was empty. I will try to reload it with my Bluetooth. However, if I can't, I will return and they can assist me. More
