I called to make an appointment and info. typed wrong I called in to make an appointment for my engine making a loud vibrating sound when sitting at a light. Melissa typed in that I had a grinding noise w I called in to make an appointment for my engine making a loud vibrating sound when sitting at a light. Melissa typed in that I had a grinding noise when pressing the brake pedal. When checking in for my appointment, I told the Service Advisor that was incorrect. I told him what I was experiencing and he put down there was a break issue causing a vibration. They fixed my rotors on my NEW 2015 Compass. The engine is still vibrating LOUD when putting it in all gears except Neutral and Park. We actually caught a Service Tech. and he felt the hood of my car and said it is running rougher than normal. He sat in my Jeep with my husband and told him it is an Engine problem or fly wheel. He said to tell the Service Advisor it is a grounding issue and they can come ask him about it. I went back and talked to a Lady and she typed it up and put down the Service Tech's name and to ask him about it. We left and I came back the next day to drop off my Jeep AGAIN. I got a rental, no charge, and left. Came in the next morning to change rental cars and check on my car. Daryl called the Tech working on the car and he said almost done....he is putting the engine back together and has to drive it, so about 20 minutes, so I waited. Guy was done and took the car for a ride. I was with Daryl and he told me what they fixed. Found out they still are stuck on the BRAKES!!!! They changed the Brake vibration part. Says fixed the vibration to the seat. Steering wheel has a little shake still, but normal....ggggrrrrr. I get half way home, which is 45 minutes away, and the sound is BACK!!!! Now I have to drop it off AGAIN and get them off of the BRAKES and on to the ENGINE!!!!!! Why will they not talk to the Service Tech that we told them witnessed the SOUND!!!!!! So FRUSTRATED!!!!! Mind you Daryl has been good on updating me when the car was not taken in the first day and would be worked on in the morning on the next day. More

Each of the events was trying ... no one likes to deal with a product with defective design. After one or two visits things usually degrade quickly. My relationship with Golling and FCA thanks to Mike's strong work and consistent courtesy and professionalism remains excellent. Frankly were it not for his work and support of us, it is unlikely we would ever do business with FCA or Golling again. But due his support of us with quick repair, loaner car service, and his overall good nature in dealing with adversity, we are likely to consider Golling and FCA when we purchase our next vehicle. The rude comments from other staff members in the service department Daryl was one of them, as to why we where calling. When you have a vehicle for 12 days I think we have a right to call and ask questions! Since we were not hearing from them! Then to say " What do you want?" What kind of customer service is that? Obviously we were a inconvenience to them. More
