Arrive was fast but just a couple things that make me feel uneasy about my service. After my service was completed I had to get a service manager to have a tech relook at my truck as my multi point inspe feel uneasy about my service. My other issue is there is an open safety recall that wasn’t even mentioned to me. I would have left the vehicle there if I would have known about it to get it taken care of. Scheduled a recall for a Ram Diesel - The recall was related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take related to the high pressure Diesel fuel pump. When I arrived, they told me that they may not be able to get to it right away because "that will take a diesel tech" to fix. So my diesel truck, scheduled for a diesel recall sat for a full day that I could have used it waiting for a "diesel tech" to work on it. Not blaming Mike (although I ended up calling for updates several times), but if you are going to schedule a vehicle for a diesel repair, you should have a diesel tech ready to work on it. It seems like Golling service has gone down from what I used to experience. They used to be much more customer focused. More
