I have been going to this dealership since 2012 and have always taken my truck there for service. Daryl is a true professional! I make sure to drop off my truck with him as I know he will treat it as I do always taken my truck there for service. Daryl is a true professional! I make sure to drop off my truck with him as I know he will treat it as I do. It will be clean, steering wheel covered, floor mats covered. The seat is covered as it was when I drop it off and the sun visor put on. The keys stay in a ziplock bag as when I hand them over. No perfumes or cleaners in the truck. Love the attention to detail as i have severe allergies. Daryl makes sure to explain what is needed in a great amount of detail, including the timeline and work needed. He makes sure to be timely with returning phone calls and do any and all research needed and followup with any questions we have. It is never stressful when working with Daryl even if the place is packed with costumers and staff demanding his attention. Daryl drives our vehicle in and out to us to make sure there is no perfume in the truck from any of the other employees. I am beyond happy and appreciate Daryl’s work ethic. Outstanding is an understatement as Daryl always goes above and beyond! It does not make a difference if the truck is there for an oil change or service that extends for over a week, the quality of attention is top notch. Thank you so much for being the best in your field Daryl! More

I waited for the person behind the desk to get done socializing before she noticed me however she was very pleasant and apologized for not seeing me (waited probably 5-7 minutes). I was told 45-60 minu socializing before she noticed me however she was very pleasant and apologized for not seeing me (waited probably 5-7 minutes). I was told 45-60 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off at 2:34pm and called at 4:11pm to see if it was done, to which she replied yes she was doing the paperwork now. I asked them to look at the nail in my tire. There was a light on, that was still on after I picked up my vehicle. No mention of the tire and as soon as I started my car, it was trying to find Wi-Fi to continue downloading a software update. It is now, Monday and my car is still trying to do an update causing the radio to stay on until I uncheck the box to stop trying to do the update. On the positive side, they did wash the vehicle.
