Mr. Gilham, I'm disappointed that you didn't take this down like you agreed you should, and would, after our phone call. First I want to point out that you refused to sign off on repairs. Its company policy that you sign off on repairs before we can do any work on your car. Warranty or not, without that we can not work on your car. Two, you called my lane manager vulgar names, and caused a scene in my service lane because she told you our company policy. She was only doing her job. Last, we looked up the repair you demanded the we didn't fix the first time. We didn't do the first repair on you A/C on this car. Parkway did the repair, we never touched this A/C. I have documentation to prove that. You admitted during our call that you were in the wrong. Do the right thing, be a man of your word, and remove this review. First off she should of explained that in a more professional manner than telling me if I don't sign it She won't work on my car and I can leave the dealership. Second I was in my car trying to leave and they wouldn't open the doors for me to leave and your employee approached my driver's door in a threatening manner and told me to leave while calling me an xxxxxxx to my face.. that's real professional. I have no reason to talk to you again I stand by my review of your dealership service department. Terrible customer service.

And to follow up. You can try to cover your service manager but true professionalism would of had her say okay let's pull up your vehicle mr. Gilham and see what we have not tell me to leave the dealer and she's not working on my vehicle. I called her the b word cause that's how she was treating me. Are you doing anything to the employee that told me to leave and called me an xxxxxxx? As far as the work done previously. I have 3 grand Cherokees 2 of them have had a/c failures this past year so yes I did have the wrong dealer and again if she would have pulled up my vehicle and checked we would not be here today. You want me to remove my review so you don't look bad. This is the second time I have had an issue at Golling. My father in law dealt with Riehls for 40 years and will never go back to Golling after the service manager told him and his car to never come back. And I will take all my vehicles to Parkway from now on they treat customers the way they should be treated. I have never had an employee call me a vulgar name at any business but yours.

Shiela, I'm sorry that you feel this way, I understand because warranties can be confusing. The battery warranty process is set by the the manufacture, not Golling CJDR of Roseville. We do not warranty the battery, the manufacture does. The manufacture requires you to bring in the car to test the battery and the charging system. We have no control of the process. If we didn't follow the process set by the manufacture, they will not warrantee the battery. With that said feel free to contact me if you have any questions. As i said in the dealership, i paid Golling, not Chrysler, my receipt says Golling, not Chrysler, The MOPAR battery says 3 year free replacement not all warranties go through Chrysler. No where does anything say Chrysler. You sold a Chrysler MOPAR product, your warranty is with Chrysler, not mine. What did you expect, me to push the car in? as you condescendingly said, it isn't your problem. When i buy a battery at AutoZone they dont require the car to be tested. I believe it is your policy just to get the car in to try and sell repair work. The AutoZone battery i purchased because of you, is working just fine. I have had 3 Grand Cherokees and my wife wants another new one. If she convinces me to buy another, it surly won't be from you.

I understand again how you feel, but again we are not the manufacture. As you say in the post above, we sold you a MOPAR product. We are the retailer. Anything you buy is warranted by the manufacture, not the retailer. You're more then welcome to call FCA and ask them if you wish. If you would like, I can print out and give you a copy of their policy The reason they ask you to bring in the car is they want to make sure it's the battery, not the charging system of the car that is causing the battery to discharge. I'm sorry this is confusing you, but this is how the process works. Adam Holcomb, General Manager.

Just to let everyone know, Stellantis is making this right, they're reimbursing me for the battery I had to buy at a local auto store that Golling wouldn't warranty. Thank you Stellantis.
