I will let all of my fellow workers at Stellantis to never deal with this dealership. I have nothing but issues with the service department ever since Golling took it over from Riehls.I have a factory extended warranty, Im bringing the car back for the a/c a 2nd time as they failed to repair it the 1st time. I get told the same thing rental car is only covered for 1 day they will need it at least 2 days just to diagnose the problem but they dont have a rental for me. No one called to confirm my appt. I called and left a message with the service writer 2 weeks ago never received a call back. I have been going to Parkway Chrysler and never have an issue. I just made an appt with them. The service writer pulled up my info saw that I have an extended warranty and put me in for a rental reservation for that time. Like I said I will let everyone I work with never to deal with Golling. Im done More
My Dodge Durango had a known issue with the radio so I took it to Golling Roseville because it's 3 miles from my house. My car is in my husbands name but it's my vehicle. The first thing they did wrong wa took it to Golling Roseville because it's 3 miles from my house. My car is in my husbands name but it's my vehicle. The first thing they did wrong was refuse to talk to me since the car was in my husbands name & they continued to treat me like I didn't matter. They wouldn't put the loaner vehicle in my name but let me pay for services with my card. The loaner car was shakey, the tired kept going flat, and the egine light came on. I took it back to switch it out. The service tech put air in the tire and talked to me like he was irritated . He had the nerve to ask " anything else" with an attitude and then slammed the door and said we'll call you tomorrow when your truck is ready. I told my husband what happened and all the manager said was I apologize. He takes the car back they switch it out without issue or getting smart with him. Now they've had our vehicle for 2 months. They never called us they only communicated via text messaging even when we left voice messges no calls were returned. Any way, they text my husband that he could pick up the car before 8pm when they close. He goes there at 6:30 and they are already closed because it's Friday and they close at 6. Just very poor customer service and communication and disrespect. It's my car. My husband told them that and they still refused to acknowledge me. I will never ever go back here. To be disrespectful toward someone no matter whose name the vehicle is registered to is very unprofessional. The approach "just apologize" doesn't fly with me. The texting a customer and not returning calls is ridiculous. Their awareness of who's being serviced or not is poor. I had to speak up for a young lady who stood waiting 15 minutes and no one never asked if she'd been helped. We were going to purchase a Hellcat from them but we purchased elsewhere. Then after all of that they want us to pay the taxes on the loaner vehicle which I've never done or even heard of. The place is clean and the snacks are nice but it's not worth poor customer service and disrespect. More
Golling CDJR-Roseville is the best dealership I have ever been too. I live 1-1/2 hours from here, but ever since my experience in 2021 with, Sean Cubbler (now new car sales manager), was so amazing when he w been too. I live 1-1/2 hours from here, but ever since my experience in 2021 with, Sean Cubbler (now new car sales manager), was so amazing when he was a new car sales professional, I will not go to another dealership. MICHAEL QUERRO knocked it out of the park! Michael is an asset to Golling CDJR-Roseville. He was very responsive with sending me multiple quotes, text messaging, & phone calls. He is a NO PRESSURE sales professional and gave me time to digest the increased cost, giving me space, but not ignoring me. Since 2021, the cost of the same model RAM has gone up $10k (Stellantis increase, not dealer). I geared myself for it but was not as prepared as I should have been. Michael and Sean (Cubbler) came up with different payment scenarios to get me where I needed to be at, comfort wise, with payments!!! THANK YOU so much!!!! I will be returning soon for a 2024 JEEP!!! This dealer doesn't honor over the counter sales warranties. I bought a MOPAR battery in 2020 with a 36 month free replacement written right on the battery with date code stamped in it. Battery was warranties. I bought a MOPAR battery in 2020 with a 36 month free replacement written right on the battery with date code stamped in it. Battery was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge. When jumped would not stay running. They said I had to bring the car in to test even though it couldn't start. They could not test it with out the car. My Golling sales receipt had the serial number of the battery it. They claimed my warranty was with Chrysler. The manager was rude and condescending. I purchased non MOPAR battery at local store and car is running fine for days. This battery issue is going to cost Jeep a Grand Cherokee sale as my wife wants a new one More
Took my daughter’s 2010 Dodge Journey in for service, $2900 later same problem & it’s still at the dealership. They charged $300 the first time saying it was a tune up & fuel system cleaning then called $2900 later same problem & it’s still at the dealership. They charged $300 the first time saying it was a tune up & fuel system cleaning then called & said its ready so we picked it up just to drive out of the dealership when we noticed that the same problem still still was present so we took it right back within 10 minutes. Then they said it was the transmission so we waited 2 weeks then they called & said it’s ready again & it would be $2500 so we paid & picked it up and drove it out & it did the exact same thing. We took it back again within 10 minutes. Frustrated because you would think a dealership with all the technology they have would get it right. So now we’re out of $2900 and the Journey still sits at the dealership unfixed. They didn’t offer to refund any monies at all. I will be contacting every person above the dealership until I get better results. More
