Whatever you do DON’T go there for service! !!!! Took our 2012 jeep in for a brake switch repair . Convinced my husband it needed diagnostics done on it to make sure the rest of the car was no !!!! Took our 2012 jeep in for a brake switch repair . Convinced my husband it needed diagnostics done on it to make sure the rest of the car was not affected by the brake lights staying on .When we got it back and $500 dollars later, $400 for labor, $58 for the part and a $40 added on fee for who knows The switch was repaired but the heat on the left side of the car failed to warm up. The right side was fine. Upon taking it back a few days later. We were told it had nothing to do with the repair. It worked when we brought it in now it doesn’t ! We were told by Myles if we wanted it checked out they would run diagnostics again (at our COST! at$200 an hour.). When asked multiple times what diagnostics they ran and that we wanted an itemized bill we were ignored and never received an answer. We left very upset and discouraged as now we don’t have heat on one side of the car. I would NEVER recommend going there for service as Myles seems and does not care to know much about Jeeps and their parts. The service manager is EXTREMELY rude and doesn’t care about his customers or finding a solution to the problem. My husband and I are seniors and on a fixed income. All I can say is that It’s pretty bad when you are overcharged for service, left with a broken car and treated with NO respect!! More

Kevin and Joe were honest, fair, and factual in diagnosing and repairing my 2016 Ram heater core issue. I normally do my own vehicle repairs but ran out of time. Awful service department & the service manager Kevin, has no customer service skills or knowledge of servicing the cars Jeep produces. I was treated very poorly, lied to, & my Wrangler was not looked at bec no customer service skills or knowledge of servicing the cars Jeep produces. I was treated very poorly, lied to, & my Wrangler was not looked at because the service department does not know about 4xe Wranglers. Was brought in with a fire concern, a smoking charging cord that was hot enough to burn a black spot in my driveway. Within 3 hrs recieved a call "with good news", told there was no "error codes" but needed oil change and told to it pick up. My Jeep was NOT due for oil change however the tech had already reset my oil life so no choice but to have service completed. They ran no testing or other diagnostic on my jeep. Didnt even test my cord but replaced it "as a courtesy gesture ". Kevin, the manager, lied to me & the only thing he repeated was, "You can pick up your car." Absolutley absurd. My husband & I went into dealership that evening & my husnad was treated with respect, even got offered a hand shake. The service I received as a woman completely different, I was pushed aside & my issue was disregarded. Keep in mind, that my cord was smoking while charging my hybrid, and fires have been known to have happened. The service department did not want to be bothered. WITHIN 48 HRS OF MY JEEP BEING RETURNED JEEP ISSUED A RECALL FOR A FIRE HAZARD! Jeep recall states to not charge & to park away from all buildings. I will be taking my Jeep & my other 3 Jeep /Dodge cars I currently own to another dealership from this day forward. Unfortunate, since my husband & I have purchased 6 vehicles & referred numerous people to this dealership for purchasing & service in the past 9 years. Not any longer. The sales team is great, but if you have an issue DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
0/10 would not recommend. I have nothing good to say about this business. From their extreme lack of communication to their absent accountability. Don’t expect customer servic I have nothing good to say about this business. From their extreme lack of communication to their absent accountability. Don’t expect customer service or promptness on any matter and be prepared to lead them through everything and make the first move through the process. And check everything very closely before you leave the lot. They will do anything to save a penny over taking care of a customer. In all my car buying experiences I have never encountered such poor service or had to jump through this many hoops just to have to pay to correct their mistakes for them myself. If you’re shopping for a car, keep shopping. More

I was told the last two days it was inside being worked on, today when i stop by its sitting outside with a puddle of oil underneath it still. In a day or two if the apprentice is available they hope to get it in. I asked for my keys back and wasted 2 weeks and am no further ahead. If you need free vehicle storage Golling Chelsea is the place to go, just schedule service with them it will sit for weeks at a time. Sincerely, Frustrated Customer More
bought a used 2010 dodge journey r/t with 90,000 miles. thought i was getting a decent first/safe first car for my 16 year old. got home decided to check the fluids even though it said it just had an oil c thought i was getting a decent first/safe first car for my 16 year old. got home decided to check the fluids even though it said it just had an oil change. the tip of the oil dip stick was was broke off and just shoved in, the rear diff was empty. after taking it to a mchanic to fix that he tells me the exhaust had been welded on by what looks like the skill level of a 12 year old and being held on by rust. but the sticker on the car says all is ok. nice people though just dont trust them. I had a quality issue with my new Jeep Wrangler. First oil change and the vehicle needed to be taken off the road. I was given another Wrangler to use while we waited for the back ordered part. Golling di oil change and the vehicle needed to be taken off the road. I was given another Wrangler to use while we waited for the back ordered part. Golling did a great job of keeping me informed as we waited 7 weeks for the part to appear. They made a bad situation palatable. Love a dealership that stands behind their product and takes care of their customer. More

However, once the sales manager got involved, promises were kept and the correct paperwork was received. They have offered to cover any fine we receive from the state for late registration of a new vehicle. ------ Botched paperwork twice. Verbally offered one price, then changed it when it got drawn up. Refused to communicate after the sale. Only provided a 10 day temp tag but no paperwork to complete state registration for a perm plate More
