MINAS HABIB WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED — , GOLLING CHRYSLER OF WEST BLOOMFIELD I was referred to Minas Habib at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in West Bloomfield by a very go EXPERIENCED — , GOLLING CHRYSLER OF WEST BLOOMFIELD I was referred to Minas Habib at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in West Bloomfield by a very good friend of ours who claimed this was one of the best dealerships in the area. I came in excited, prepared, and ready to lease a new Grand Cherokee. What I experienced instead was an absolute disaster of customer service, professionalism, and accountability — and I’m still paying the price for their failures. Let me be clear: Minas Habib created a financial nightmare for me, and this dealership has done nothing to fix it. From the beginning, I told him I was returning my current Jeep lease and starting a new one. He asked for my lease agreement and the payoff amount. I provided both — directly at his desk. He didn’t bother to review them. He assured me everything was handled and handed me the keys. I trusted his word — and that was a massive mistake. Weeks later, I find out Minas Habib never properly closed out my original lease, and now I’m being billed for TWO Jeep leases at the same time — one for a car I returned, and one for the new one I was told was fully taken care of. If at any point my lease return and payoff weren’t being handled, I expected Minas Habib to be transparent and notify me. He did not. And that silence is costing me hundreds of dollars and serious financial stress. When I tried to get answers, I was passed around and eventually transferred to someone named Mark. Whether it was Mark Shrum (Sales Manager) or Mark Demara (CFO), the response was pathetic either way. I explained the situation and was met with a flat, dismissive “OK.” No apology. No urgency. No concern. Just pure indifference. Let me make this clear for Golling’s leadership and for Stellantis corporate: Your team’s negligence, lack of professionalism, and failure to communicate are now my problem, and you’re doing absolutely nothing to fix it. The Yelp reviews speak for themselves — a miserable 2-star average. And frankly, I’m not surprised. They probably get away with this kind of behavior all the time. But Google reviews get seen by more borrowers, and that’s why I’m sharing my experience here — to make sure no one else has to go through this. Instead, I’ve gotten excuses, blame-shifting, and unprofessional communication — from a place that claims to serve one of the most high-end areas in Michigan. To whoever is in charge of this location: Do better. Fix this. Until then, I’ll keep spreading the truth about how this dealership operates — and I hope this review reaches anyone considering doing business here. Never. Again. More

I had a highly disappointing experience with Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram while trying to purchase a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. I worked with Billy Potts, who initially seemed helpful. I explained clearly that I was in the process of closing on a business loan and would need some time for the financing to come through. Billy requested a non-refundable $500 deposit, which I paid promptly to hold the truck. A few days later, Billy texted me again demanding an additional $1,000 non-refundable deposit, bringing the total to $1,500, stating it was needed to continue holding the vehicle. Before I even had the chance to respond to that, I received a call from someone named Ryan, who informed me they were planning to auction off the truck to “make more money,” claiming their hold policy is only 48 hours — a detail never once explained during my conversations with Billy. What’s worse is Ryan’s completely unprofessional and condescending attitude. He made it clear that making more money was more important than keeping a customer happy. His dismissive comments about how long my bank should take to process a business loan showed a total lack of understanding and respect. This entire experience reflects poor communication, bad management, and shady dealership practices. If you’re considering working with Golling, be very cautious about leaving any kind of deposit, especially when timelines and policies are not properly disclosed. Based on how I was treated, I would never trust or recommend Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. More
