They damaged my wheel and refuse to take responsibility for it. They play a smoke and mirrors game. I even contacted Ford's corporate office and complained and and they deceived them as well. The service team at Golf Mill greets you with a smile. They are friendly. But they consistently over promise and way under deliver. We have, regrettably, been taking our cars to them for the past 4 years. They are friendly. But they consistently over promise and way under deliver. The latest mistake: They sold a special order part, that had been ordered for me, to someone else. And I didn't find out until I drove to the dealership for my appointment. They didn't know it had been mistakenly sold. And didn't tell me until I called back 2 hours later to check on their progress - job supposed to take 2 hours. I would find somewhere else to take your car for service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice....you know the rest. More
Chris is wonderful. I have been dealing with Chris for many years now in the service department at Golf Mill ford. He has always been very honest with work that has been done on my cars. Authorized 1 hour of diagnostic service, charged for 4! Was told a manager was not available. They would not budge on it. They tried to say that we had authorized additional time, when we had not. The work order that was signed specified one hour only, and that written authorization was needed for more. I recommend using another dealership if you need service for your vehicle! More
I called this dealership's service department prior to driving there, explained that my car's engine light on the dashboard was lite up, and I needed service today. I was told that they were open until 1 driving there, explained that my car's engine light on the dashboard was lite up, and I needed service today. I was told that they were open until 10p, I could come at anytime, because they have shifts, and I didn't need an appointment. I drove all the way there after work, entered the service department after waiting in line, and I was told there were no technicians on duty so I had to come back tomorrow. How could I even be sure I would be able to drive my car the next day with the engine light on. It was too late in the evening for me to go to another dealership for service. They should not have told me to come if there would be no technicians on duty when they knew what my car problem was! More
