Senior Sales Team Leader Excellent Service!! Darwin was great to speak with and knowledgeable of the vehicles technology and features. He spoke really well and clear and want Excellent Service!! Darwin was great to speak with and knowledgeable of the vehicles technology and features. He spoke really well and clear and wanted to make sure we felt good about the vehicles we test drove. The entire staff at Golf Mill Ford were wonderful. Mark, Nick, Darwin and Christian treated us really well. Mark stood out the most joking with us and just having a great time as my wife and I shopped for one vehicle but ended up buying two. My wife first purchase had her very excited but after the paperwork was done and we had left for the weekend by Monday or Tuesday my wife did not want the vehicle. We did return the vehicle to the dealer because she just didn’t like an “all wheel drive” and preferred front wheel drive which I thought - this is great I’m going to save money and I sure did save $$. My wife is use to front wheel drive and that’s what she wanted and the dealer did everything to make her very happy. I walk in on an early Saturday morning just for an oil change and battery and a few hours later walked out with two vehicles. Once everything was finalized and my wife returned the first vehicle we ended up with a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium for her and a 2015 Ford Edge Sport. The dealer made sure we were very happy with the purchases and made sure my wife was very happy. We are very pleased with this dealership and look forward to coming back in 4-5years for upgrades to new model Ford Edges. I’ve purchased a total of three vehicles so far at this dealer and by the way the service people are also great and attentive to our needs and expectations. Ramon More
Unsatisfied customer I bought a used car a little over a year ago with an extended warranty from bumper to bumper. I recently had to bring it in for service and had a bad abs wheel sensor, and was told that it wasn't covered due to rust. I was very unhappy, so I took it to a small certified shop and they were able to get the warranty department to fix it at no charge. In my opinion I think they are taking advantage of people by selling you coverage and not even trying to get them to pay for it, like in my case. The sad part is that last year I also bought a brand new car from them, for sure that was the last time I deal with this dealer for anything. They have just lost a good customer. More
Issues from the start Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my car. Recently, I had been hear Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my car. Recently, I had been hearing a buzzing/ humming sound from one of my tires. The mechanic at Golf Mill told me to "turn the music up" if it was getting too loud and that the noise was due to a lack of tire rotations. (Not true. I do tire rotations at home). As you can imagine, I wasn’t convinced and the noises were making me uneasy. I ended up going to another dealership that was recommended to me by a family member. The wheel bearing/ hub was in bad shape and needed immediate attention. How the mechanic at Golf Mill didn’t come to that conclusion is beyond me. They were not only irresponsible, but uncooperative. I had transmission issues from the second I bought my car (Ford Focus). It shuddered and shook when switching gears. First, they told me it takes a while for the transmission to get used to your driving style, and you had to break it in. That didn’t work. Then, they said they can’t/ won’t do anything about it because that’s how the car is made and it’s not their concern. Interestingly enough, when I went to the other dealership for the wheel issue, they fixed the shaking and shuddering by doing a SIMPLE update. The car works like a gem now! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. Golf Mill is in it for the money, and their customer service is appalling. There are MANY other Ford dealerships a little farther from the area that have fantastic service and actually care about your satisfaction and safety with your vehicle. People generally come to Golf Mill because of the location, and that’s why they are able to continue their crappy service. I learned that the hard way! If you really want good service, go to Napleton Ford! They were a lifesaver. More

Can't Even Change Oil Correctly Purchased a 1 year old used vehicle (with 30,000 miles). Was told an oil change and multi-point inspection had been done several times before purchas Purchased a 1 year old used vehicle (with 30,000 miles). Was told an oil change and multi-point inspection had been done several times before purchase vehicle by salesman (and again by service department) . 1 week after purchase, oil life warning came on and I noticed that the recommended oil change date was already 1 month passed according to window sticker. Decided to also check the air filter before taking in the vehicle and noticed that it was beyond filthy (and that is an understatement). They obviously lied about both the inspection and oil change. Either that, or they decided that spending the $10 to replace the air filter was too much on a $30,000 vehicle. When confronted, they tried telling me that the air filter could have gotten that dirty by sitting on the lot after they did their inspection. At this point, they were just insulting my intelligence. They agreed to do an oil change, free of charge, and I had already changed the air filter myself. Less than a week later, the oil pressure warning light came on while driving on the interstate. Looking closer, the undercarriage of the vehicle was soaked in oil. The service department apparently forgot how to put an oil filter on and all of the oil was practically all gone. More

My check engine light went on. So I decided to take my truck to the dealer hoping they will tell me what the problem is. I did scan it with my scanner and read the code P0451. They did confirmed it and to truck to the dealer hoping they will tell me what the problem is. I did scan it with my scanner and read the code P0451. They did confirmed it and told me that I need to replace fuel tank pressure sensor which would cost $795 at their shop. I didn't have that kind of money at that time so I asked them to give me the part number so I can fix it myself (I usually fix my cars by myself). When I got home and started looking for part it appeared that they gave me the part number for the tire pressure sensor. I did pay $133 for this check up. They could've gave me the right number. ANother thing they were trying to charge me extra $17 for repairs which the didn't do. I asked them "what it is for?" They took the $17 charge off without any explanation. Will never go there again. Thanks for nothing More
