I would be very careful before buying a car from Golf Mill Ford. I traded in my 2018 Ford Escape for a 2021 Ford Eco Sport. This was supposed to be a certified used car with 5000 miles. I drove the car Mill Ford. I traded in my 2018 Ford Escape for a 2021 Ford Eco Sport. This was supposed to be a certified used car with 5000 miles. I drove the car that night and noticed it was pulling to the right. Also, noticed a particular radio station 94.7 was frozen saying it was playing a certain song. I went in on Friday morning and asked if we could cancel the deal the sales manager Ralph said I had buyers remorse and they had already paid off my car. They will look into the problem and gave me a loaner. They called me on Monday and said the car was fixed. I picked it up the radio station still was frozen and the car was still pulling. The service manager said it was the road and I said the other car doesn't do that. He said they will have a mechanic look into it. I then received a call today Wednesday 21 that the car was ready. I got an alert on my phone for Hill start assist waring when I asked the salesperson he said he was setting up the additional key and to ignore. When I got to Ford I asked a mechanic and he couldn't give me an answer then I noticed I had another error showing that he tried to reset they ended up keeping the car. I spoke to the general sales manager Nick and he said they will look into the problem. Nick said they could of done something sooner, I explained I came in the next day and was told by Ralph the only thing I could do was trade in the car. That there is no grace period on cars that only counts for other contracts. This is the third time it's going back to service. I don't trust the car or the service at Ford. I think there is something wrong that wasn't listed on the carfax report. I left a message for the owner Gus with no response. I called Ford customer support and they couldn't find any record of the repairs or the documentation the three times the car was in service! To make matters worse I received several phone calls from the sales person assuring me the car is fine and that I needed to pick it up and if I didn't return the loaner they gave me they would list it as stolen. They knew I was with my granddaughter and I wasn't going to come in. Worst experience ever. This comes from a loyal Ford owner. More
