I have to edit my review and change to 1 star. Took my F-150 to trade for a vehicle for cheaper payments. Salesman Danilo sold me a 2022 Escape financing with Ford Motor Credit with Flex pay fina Took my F-150 to trade for a vehicle for cheaper payments. Salesman Danilo sold me a 2022 Escape financing with Ford Motor Credit with Flex pay financing. Never heard of flex pay but he told me and my husband several times, we could pay for the first 36 payments and then we could turn in the vehicle and walk away without owning anything else. Not true. Julia in financing, when we were signing the paperwork said the same thing Not true. Would never sign the contract where the rest of the loan payments higher than my F-150 payments. This was my 4th vehicle from this dealership and will be my last due to the lack of credibility and how I was treated. More
