I needed a reliable new vehicle for my daughter, our salesman Ivan Resendiz worked with us and we were able to put her in a car that she loves, and made the whole thing painless. Everyone we had contac salesman Ivan Resendiz worked with us and we were able to put her in a car that she loves, and made the whole thing painless. Everyone we had contact with at this dealership, was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Golf Mill Ford, and their staff, especially Ivan, to my friends and family. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but the professional service from the staff at Golf Mill Ford surpassed all others. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Steve Ergish More
Came here seriously trying to replace an SUV, one sales guy was helping me out first but the deal almost broke apart but Darwin came to our rescue. The nicest guy in the dealership! You will feel right at guy was helping me out first but the deal almost broke apart but Darwin came to our rescue. The nicest guy in the dealership! You will feel right at home, excellent customer service and exceptional knowledge about FORD products & services. Straightforward transaction, no pressure but very accommodating & flexible. This was our 6th new vehicle purchase but the only American car we bought and I can tell you, he was the best sales guy I've dealt with. If you're in the market, go directly to this dealership and look for DARWIN! Highly recommended! By the way, love our new Explorer. More

The 27th of July I test drove a used vehicle from this dealership. I went over the vehicle with extreme detail. From the 28th-30th, we negotiated over the phone and came to a price agreement. I contracted dealership. I went over the vehicle with extreme detail. From the 28th-30th, we negotiated over the phone and came to a price agreement. I contracted on the on the evening of the 30th and drove the vehicle home. Note that my home is approximately 45-50 miles from dealer. As soon as I got home, I backed into my driveway and experienced a popping and jerking of the vehicle which I felt could potentially serious damage. I then exit the vehicle and discover someone had hit a curb and damaged one of the wheels. I parked the vehicle and did not drive it until I contacted the dealer Monday morning. On Monday morning I called the dealer several times and their response was...we will look into it and call you back. Just as I suspected...NO CALL BACK. I called Tuesday and was finally told they would repair the vehicle and rim. I was told that the vehicle needed to be back at the dealer on Tuesday night or first thing Wednesday morning to get the rim fixed because that is when their "rim guy" is there. In summary, my vehicle sat at the dealer until Friday. I was waiting to hear from Golf Mill Ford but....NO CALL BACK. I finally called them on Friday. After a dozen calls I was told my vehicle had to go to Chevy dealer for repair. My vehicle sat at Chevy from Friday morning (so I was told) to Monday. My vehicle finally made it back to Ford on Monday. I asked If I can pick my vehicle up while I had a ride there. It was then I found out THEY NEVER FIXED MY RIM! Even after the sense of urgency to get it there the prior week for the "rim guy". I was livid! My car sat there from Tuesday to Fiday and they didn't do a damn thing to it. On Tuesday morning (August 9th), I received a call from the Golf Mills Ford dealer telling me my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I explained that I did not have a ride and requested someone pick me up as a courtesy, since I was suppose to have my vehicle several days ago. I was then told to give their porter directions to my house and I was put on the phone with a guy who did not speak English. I did my best to explain and he said he was on his way. Several hours of sitting around the house....the guy NEVER showed up! I called the dealer again and I was told, we will call you back. An our later, I called again and was told the same thing. Thirty minutes after that I received a call and was told someone was on their way to get me. Keep in mind, I live 45-50 miles away. The dealer shows up to get me in a customers vehicle that was in for service! We finally arrive at the dealer and I wanted to talk to the General Manager (Mario) about everything that has transpired. Mario was the most ignorant, unprofessional person I have dealt with to this point. His resolution to all of my problems was...we gave you a free tank of gas! Really!? To wrap this up, I went out to my vehicle after speaking to the useless GM and discovered they put 237 miles on it. Another disappointment! Thanks for the gas Mario! If anyone ever considers buying from this dealer, please do not. Save yourself the headache. More
I contacted Golf Mill Ford through the internet and with a quick response from Clara I received a quote through my email. Upon coming to the dealership I met with Tom who was one of the nicest, knowledgeabl a quick response from Clara I received a quote through my email. Upon coming to the dealership I met with Tom who was one of the nicest, knowledgeable and to tell you the truth a salesmen not too bad on the eyes. He was able to get my into a Fiesta for the right price! Although as a woman I did get a bit confused, Pete was able to walk me through it all even held my hand to the finance office. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership! More
I contacted this dealer by via email by responding to an online listing of theirs, asking for more information on a specific car. I was then contacted, by return email, by their Internet Sales Manager, Clar online listing of theirs, asking for more information on a specific car. I was then contacted, by return email, by their Internet Sales Manager, Clara Sassone. I explained that I knew exactly what I was looking for in a car (2011 Fusion S) and I'd seen one of their vehicles listed after an online search and and used the site's "contact us" option to express my interest. I asked her to provide me a price quote for the car in question, taking into account any discounts Golf Mill Ford (GMF) may be offering and the rebates that I knew Ford was offering for this model. Well I never heard back from Clara but the next day Tom called me from GMF, said he worked on GMF's internet sales team, and asked when I could come in and drive the car. I explained that I didn't need to drive the car, I'd already driven one set up exactly as the one they were offering and had been impressed with it. I told Tom that all I needed from him was a net price (GMF's best price, tax, fees, and less any rebates) to know if I wanted to buy from GMF, and that I was going to purchase a car from some dealer within the next 3-5 days. Tom said he would get back to me with the numbers I was asking for. That was on a Friday. I didn't hear from him (or anyone at GMF) again that day, or the next (Sat), or on Sun. Finally on Monday, I emailed Clara Sassone again, since she had identified herself as the Internet Sales Manager for GMF, and asked if they were at all interested in selling me a car, because I had asked twice about prices and no one was responding to my requests. The following day, Tuesday, Matt Klinicki called and said he was responding to my email contact about a car. I repeated all the same information I'd shared with Clara Sassone and Tom by email and phone, and again said that I'd appreciate GMF's pricing on a specific 2011 Fusion S. I also asked that the URL link to the car's window sticker be emailed to me along with the price quote. Matt said he'd take care of it. Late that afternoon I got an email from Matt which included the URL link to the car's window sticker and the message that he couldn't provide me any pricing information - in other words, quote me price for the car - without first getting a deposit from me. I couldn't believe this. They wanted me to give them money in the form of a deposit before they would even tell me what they would charge me for a vehicle, and that's after having had to ask three times over four days for a price quote from them. In my opinion this takes car dealer sleaziness to an entirely new low. I emailed Matt back that I thought it was ridiculous for GMF to think that I would give them a deposit for a car before they would even tell me what they would charge me for that car. I will be buying a car in the next couple of days and that money will not be spent at Golf Mill Ford - now or ever. And I will tell as many people as possible about this dealer that feels a customer needs to put down a deposit before being told a price. Stay as far away from Golf Mill Ford as possible. In my opinion, it is a dealership that can't be trusted and doesn't deserve any customer's attention, and certainly not their money. More
The service team at Golf Mill greets you with a smile. They are friendly. But they consistently over promise and way under deliver. We have, regrettably, been taking our cars to them for the past 4 years. They are friendly. But they consistently over promise and way under deliver. We have, regrettably, been taking our cars to them for the past 4 years. I was stupid. Not sure why I kept going back. But I will not be going back again. The latest mistake: They sold a special order part, that had been ordered for me, to someone else. And I didn't find out until I drove to the dealership for my appointment. They didn't know it had been mistakenly sold. And didn't tell me until I called back 2 hours later to check on their progress - job supposed to take 2 hours. I would find somewhere else to take your car for service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice....you know the rest. More
