Golf Mill Chevrolet - Service Center

Golf Mill Chevrolet had bought out the dealer who bought the vehicle from and arranged to repair a part on our air conditioner. By the time our part arrived, we had to make the appointment with golf Mill s the vehicle from and arranged to repair a part on our air conditioner. By the time our part arrived, we had to make the appointment with golf Mill since they had taken control. But what was supposed to be a fix of a pipe, turned out to be a 24 hour event where they needed to keep our van overnight so they can locate a new compressor for the air conditioner. There was no loaner service on hand at the facility. we were instructed that we would have to go to a rental place for arrangements. But at that point a rental is useless because someone has to come and pick me up and bring me to rental place and so what was the point of a loaner. We no longer live nearby the area where we bought the vehicle, so we were stuck in a bind by being without our big van overnight since not everyone in the family can fit in our small vehicle and we live about an hour away. The place looks very disorganized and like there's not enough mechanics on staff. Our air conditioner in the van is now making noises that it never made before and we do not get cold air in the back of the van. So the problem seems to have just gotten worse. Because golf Mill was not able to fix our problem we are going to have to find a different Chevy dealer that knows what they're doing. Luckily it's still under warranty, but is all a hassle and I lost a days worth of work since we had to keep the van there over the night. More

Easy to give a 5 STAR rating. My car broke down on a Friday afternoon about a mile from the New Golf Mill Chevy dealership, I called for Help. My only issue was that I never paid over 60.00 for an oil change at Bredemann. The cost at your dealership was 78.00. No price was given to me before the work was done, so I did not think there would be such change at Bredemann. The cost at your dealership was 78.00. I have two service stations within blocks of my house which have given me prices in the 60's. I have used Bredemann for 4 years ever since I bought the van and because I knew the price always kept the business with them. More

Went to old location (Bredemann) the last day they were open for an oil change, service was excellent as usual. Will miss the place, hope the new location provides equally great service.
