Gulf Mill called me after the strike to bring my certified used car in for my free oil change and engine filter . I was told it would take 18 minutes for the oil change and 2 minutes for the air f certified used car in for my free oil change and engine filter . I was told it would take 18 minutes for the oil change and 2 minutes for the air filter. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the job to be done. I was handed a bill for 173.00. After another period of time they agreed I was entitled to a free oil change and than lower the bill to 73.00 . I have driven this car 5000 miles and they changed the cabin air filter, a 20000 part, billing me 73.00 for a 13.00 part at auto zone and seven screw repair. The clown show continued with the service manager ,Dalles, coming out and stated they would put back the old filter if I would go back to the construction trailer and wait another hour. I gave them their blood money of 73 and left to become a very talkative negative customer. First stop was ABT were 11 people heard my story when a Golf Mill sales man called me while I was shopping at ABT. The ABT sale man stated I was a little boisterous and many people just stopped and listen. Second was a family function with 36 people which included four of Brederman chevy new car customers. I really doubt they will return to Golf Mill Chevy. More

My brakes were making noise. I asked them to check them and they were able to confirm all was good. The tech did a test drive and then asked me to test drive with him when he found no problems. It's clearly a new dealership. The waiting room was in a trailer with lots of workers and there were no options for a loaner car while the work was being performed.
