This issue will eventually cost GM several billion dollars. My 2016 has had five sensor issues. All five are common in this car model. Oil sensor (2017-recall), Car asks to shift to park to shut off when car is in park (2020-fixed but paid deductible under ext. warranty.), Stabilitrak sensor is an infrequent issue (have not fixed), accelerator sensor-check engine light and p2138 massage (2018 fixed-GM issued soft recall august 2019.) Current issue-sensor indicates an engine issue. This dealership could not for sure detect the problem so my extended warranty could not cover it so I had to pay the $465 labor bill. I suspect their assessment of a problem in the fuel injectors tripping the sensor is right. These last two issues automatically slowed the car to 20 mph. Thank God this was not on I-294. More

What can I say about Golf Mill Chevrolet? I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Well, they're doing a great job considering the conditions that they have to deal with... working out of trailers. I was pleasantly surprised that the waiting room trailer was quite comfortable. Everyone was friendly. They all seemed happy to be working. The young lady that answers the phone has a lovely voice. Sounds so pleasant and she does listen when you talk! I can't wait to see the new place all finished and decked out ! Hopefully there will be a car wash? I forgot to ask if there will be one for after your vehicle is serviced. More

The Service Department tried to charge me ridiculous prices for the services I needed on my Tahoe (even as compared to other Chevy dealers), and even tried to charge me for a service my truck did NOT need (engine cooling line leak). Then they stole the key to my rim locks. They still charged me $155 dollars as well, for doing absolutely nothing to my truck. I was refusing to pay it, but ended up paying it to just keep the peace & not end up in jail, because that’s how upset they had me. Then for the sales department, the individual I spoke with knew absolutely nothing about the products/vehicles he’s tryin to sell. Didn’t know the difference between a Tahoe LT, a Tahoe RST & a Tahoe High Country. He was actually asking me about it… SMH Reporting the Service Department to the Better Business Bureau & will be sure to share this horrible experience with everyone I can reach, through word of mouth & every social media outlet I have… More
