The work done was fine, but the communication was terrible. The work took a day and a half, which shocked me. I understand that two front-desk people were out sick. nearly 3 1/2 hours waiting for results. Same problem as in December--battery replaced, no specific solution to electrical problem leading to 3 new batteries in 20 months. Now that your service center is open on Saturdays maybe you will get more business. The only thing that I didn't like was no communication when the car was done. When I dropped it off, I got a text from you will get more business. The only thing that I didn't like was no communication when the car was done. When I dropped it off, I got a text from Scott saying that I can text him with any questions but he never let me know if my car was done. I texted him 5 hrs later & he didn't answer me so I called the service dept # and the person who answered said that he would transfer me to the technician but it went to voice mail. I left a message but again, no one called me back so I called the service dept# again and I told the guy that answered what happened and he said the technician was busy talking to a customer & he took my number to give him to call me back. A few minutes, I did get a call back (not sure from who) saying my car was ready. To me it "sounded" like there was only one technician working in the service dept - I'm sure that's not true but it sure gave me the impression that was true. You need to hire more people & get better customer service in the future More
