Mr. Fink - we take all feedback seriously and investigate it to the fullest. After reviewing the footage, your arrival is timestamped at 8:39:14. Our Assistant Service Manager was reviewing document upon your arrival and was unaware of your presence. Our Porter walked into the service advisor area 15 seconds later 8:39:34 and notified our Assistant Service Manager that you were seeking assistance. Your perception of a 10-15 minute response/wait time, was not accurate. It was 15 seconds. Your "worst possible service" is as a result of your 2013 having an oil consumption issue. There was NO recall, but rather a "Special Coverage", which you received from General Motors & expired two years ago. In May 2021 (@ 113,415 miles) you performed an oil change and tire rotation at Bredemann Chevrolet. Any existing vehicle "Special Coverages/Recalls" should have been provided to you at the time of your service visits with Bredemann Chevrolet. Your first visit to Golf Mill Chevrolet on August 6, 2020 (@ 116,950) for an oil change and tire rotation was the first notification we received of your pre-existing issue. You were advised by our Service Advisor to change your oil more frequently, in order to avoid further engine damage. We wish you, and your new dealership, the best with your new vehicle.

How can my first visit to Golf Mill chevy been August 6 2020 when you were not even open then? Your argument that Bredaman sould have caught the issue is just passing the buck as there was no oil consumption issue at that time. This will be my last comment on the matter.

My first visit to you was not 8/6/22 and you know it! Scott had a multi point inspection on my on my vehicle done when i had the breaks and prior oil change done. I do want to point out that Scott was courteous and provided the best customer care. Had Scott been there Saturday 8/6/2022 things would not gave gone south the way they did and your dealership would have benefited not McGrath!
