Thought I would give Chevrolet service center another chance after hit or miss service in the past. Sorry I did after 2.5 hour wait (with an appointment) for just a oil change. Other inconveniences I experienced included that oil change coupon was not applied to total when I went to pay despite big note on top of invoice and then the next morning washer fluid low message appears on dash which tells me fluids were not topped off. Hopefully the oil change was actually done, but who knows! More

Great repairs (oil, transmission fluid, And brake fluid change) but the estimated maintenance time was off by one hour. It made my schedule very tight. It would have been better that the lead person let me change) but the estimated maintenance time was off by one hour. It made my schedule very tight. It would have been better that the lead person let me know that he was leaving for the day before my car job was done. I did not get all of my receipt including a summary of maintenance and needed to contact your service department the next day. Thanks for washing my vehicle at the end of service. I will try using your service department again for my other car and hope that all will go more smoothly. More
