I brought my car into have wiper recall and oil change and it was noted to me that I have a big expense ahead of me due to a possible mechanic issue. I cap that needed to be ordered that is also very pricy. That might have been left off the last time I had my car serviced at the branch of Chevy that closed Bredemann Chevy in Park Ridge. This is something I was sad to hear. I never took my car to others for oil changes because only Chevy should touch their cars right? GMC should have my records and no one could given me their number while there. I had my wipers repaired which was also costly at Bredemann. The recall should allow me to be refunded and so I need GMA to address that. I mentioned it when I made my appointment, so shouldn't that p# be given to a patron at the time of service for the recall. I hope that the service was commendable and only time will tell. I appreciate your team just didn't get introduced to anyone but Tracee who introduced herself and she was very nice and explained what she could. Thanks to her! More
