Rickie Pacaccio – we apologize if you feel as though our customer service was not up to par. As Tracee explained, upon you checking in, she was the only Service Advisor available. The “other” young lady you referenced is responsible for scheduling service visits, not completing customer write-ups. Unfortunately, employees ‘call off’ and Monday was one of those days. According to your repair order, you checked in at 8:50 a.m. and your 2014 Corvette oil change and multi-point inspection, was completed by 10:20 a.m. Your wait time was 90 minutes. In the year since your last visit, a car wash was not installed, therefore, a wash was not available after your service visit. We have updated our records to note that you no longer wish to service with Golf Mill Chevrolet. Thank you for your feedback and safe travels.
