Kyle - during your conversation with Phil, it was determined that there was a manufacturer discount applied (by the system) that did not qualify for the Silverado. This is an issue that has been addressed and corrected. Additionally, there is a disclosure, on all of our vehicles "While we make every effort to ensure the data listed here is correct, there may be instances where some of the factory rebates, incentives, options or vehicle features may be listed incorrectly as we get data from multiple data sources. PLEASE MAKE SURE to confirm the details of this vehicle (such as what factory rebates you may or may not qualify for) with the dealer to ensure its accuracy. Dealer cannot be held liable for data that is listed incorrectly." We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. The new vehicle market is struggling with shortages across the US. I'm certain you are aware of this situation, since you are located in Michigan, purchasing in Illinois. It was their own website, who set the price wrong and how did it take phil to run my credit before he found it? Just because the truck market is struggling, shouldn't give you guus the right to litterally screw someone over for profit. Someday when karma bites you guys, just remember how crooked and currupt your dealership was during the chip shortage. No need to over charge and raise the prices on consumers. A truck price should be a truck price, no matter what the current situation is. The problem with America is everyone always wants to screw someone over to benefit themselves.
