Was finishing the process of buying a truck. Once they thought they hooked me, all of a sudden the truck price changed. Phil and I both talked about price and he even had me go to their website to verify thought they hooked me, all of a sudden the truck price changed. Phil and I both talked about price and he even had me go to their website to verify vin and to make sure it was what I wanted. After running my credit he called to say the price was wrong on their website and I could go to carguru for the correct price. By the time of the up charge and the wrong price on their website i was almost $ 5000 dollars more than what the original price was. Sign of the times, xxxx the the little guy for profit. If you buy from them watch out for price changes to come after they run your credit. 2 hour waste of time and real bad taste for crooked salesman. Just because there is a shortage doesn't mean the consumer should have to over pay, especially after a verbal deal was made and if they call me a liar, I can show you my emailed purchase statements and how they went up the longer we talked and after he took my credit information. Malibu 2015-2019 is a LEMON! - Electronic sensor problems. Class action lawsuit is in progress. Problem is not this service department. Problem is GM who is foot dragging. This issue will eventually cost GM several billion dollars. My 2016 has had five sensor issues. All five are common in this car model. Oil sensor (2017-recall), Car asks to shift to park to shut off when car is in park (2020-fixed but paid deductible under ext. warranty.), Stabilitrak sensor is an infrequent issue (have not fixed), accelerator sensor-check engine light and p2138 massage (2018 fixed-GM issued soft recall august 2019.) Current issue-sensor indicates an engine issue. This dealership could not for sure detect the problem so my extended warranty could not cover it so I had to pay the $465 labor bill. I suspect their assessment of a problem in the fuel injectors tripping the sensor is right. These last two issues automatically slowed the car to 20 mph. Thank God this was not on I-294. More
