Professional service advisor service; poor 'car return' appearance. Greasy hand prints on hood, door frame and excessive dirt on steering wheel. Car could have been returned much cleaner. I walked in one evening with the intention of only to ask a few questions about my current lease that is about to expire. I was greeted by a sales rep (Mike) when I pulled into the parking lot who provided u a few questions about my current lease that is about to expire. Not only was he friendly, but he was able to get the manager of the dealer to work with me immediately. Long story short, I left that night with a brand new car. Great customer service all around.
