I walked in one evening with the intention of only to ask a few questions about my current lease that is about to expire. I was greeted by a sales rep (Mike) when I pulled into the parking lot who provided u a few questions about my current lease that is about to expire. I was in for an issue with my transmission. I was told that it was a known issue and they did the re-set and replaced the transmission fluid. They said to drive it for 100-200 miles for the fix to set in that it was a known issue and they did the re-set and replaced the transmission fluid. They said to drive it for 100-200 miles for the fix to set in and if not better to call back. The problem still was happening so they told me to bring it back. I did...waited at home all day with no car. Then they said they could not fix it and I have to bring it to another dealership with a transmission specialist, which they do not have there. This second visit was a complete waste of time and effort and they should have told me this before I bothered to come. I am very close to 60k miles on my car when my warranty will expire so this was a huge inconvenience. They were very nice but this was a hassle that should have been avoided. More
