Made an appointment because one of my headlights wasn’t working. As soon as I get there the advisor person told me that I have bumper to bumper warranty, but I would have to buy the headlight because he kn working. As soon as I get there the advisor person told me that I have bumper to bumper warranty, but I would have to buy the headlight because he knows how this warranty works and it only works it’s an electrical issue. He repeatedly tells me that he can see that the light isn’t working and that they will fix it. He comes back to tell me that the light does work and that there is a piece that is cold and it needs to warm up for the light to turn one, and that the light turned on after the car being on for 10 minutes. And guess what! After my car being on for 10 minutes the light still didn’t work! They let me leave knowing that the light doesn’t work and they didn’t even try to fix the problem. I knew from the beginning that this guy was trying to take advantage of me and have me pay for a headlight that is in warranty and they didn’t want to work on my car. Took it to another dealership and they found the problem and they used my warranty so I can get a new headlight and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for it too. Never take your car here if you need any type of work done. They’ll just take advantage of you and waste your time. More
The people at the front desk were not welcoming . A person moving cars in the service bay said something to me as I walked to the waiting room . He seemed irritated that I was in the way.
